Since all Christians are called saints in the scriptures, and the saints will be persecuted and beheaded during the tribulation, there will be no rapture until after the tribulation. Also, it is appointed for man once to die and then the judgment. So, all christians must die before or while they ascend into the clouds. The only two men who didn't die are Elijah and Enoch. They will be the two witnesses who are slain by the antichrist during the tribulation.

Matthew 24 speaks of the day know man knoweth however the "one man taken and one left behind" is NOT THE RAPTURE Read in order matthew 24: 40-41, then Luke 17:34-37 they ask JESUS were will they be taken in verse 37. Focus on the "eagles being gathered" Jesus spoke of in the King James then read Revelation 19:17-18, also the same references in Ezekiel 39:4 and 39:17 and Isaiah 18:6 it speaks of the people being taken to the gathering of bodies in the tribulation period before the final battle.

Read Romans 10 and 11. We are grafted in(Gentiles) When you see the word elect it is refering to the Jews based on God's promise to Abraham. This is church age, end of this age rapture, then tribulation, God will once again be dealing with the Jews His elect.

i think u are being deceived and u need to read more scripture. i have yet to see one segment of scripture that suggests we get raptured out of here before any trouble comes. my personal belief is that trumpet 5,6,7 will blow at once in perfect timing w/rapture. first the dead (in Christ) will rise, then the remaining who made it through the trib. After the rapture, the earth will parish and then the day of Judgment. then we will reside in a new heaven and a new earth (new jerusalem).

Anyone reading, please read Matthew 13 Jesus parable of wheat and tares, including the explanation He gave. Also read 2 Thessalonians chapters 1 &2. 1 Thess 4 is THE rapture passage. in most of my dreams the blessed hope happens when its sunny out, sometimes it occurs when its dark, in one dream i was in the mens restroom at my job and in all of my rapture dreams i had a floating up experience, and i knew EXACTLY what was happening, and I would wake up the next day with so much joy & hope and would want to serve him more & more, these dreams i've been having since i was 18, tells me HE CAN RETURN AT ANYTIME AND WE MUST BE READY!!!

Something is getting ready to happen but it's not the rapture. Paul was clear the great rebellion and the anti-christ procaliming himself as God in the temple must happen first--or Paul is a liar. Also, Jesus said He would return immediately after the tribulation of those days and the elect would be gathered then. Read His parable of the wheat and the tares in Matt13. Don't forget to read His interp a few parapraphs down. The wheat & tares grow together till HARVEST.Tares are taken FIRST.

ancient times has nothing to do with the end times, and pre-trib rapture is false doctrine. 1st cor. 15:51-53 mentions last trump. the same trump that is mentioned in 1st thess 4:14-17 is the same last trumpet mention in revelations which is after the tribulations. Its more like no one knows day or hour of their death when the Lord takes your life like a thief. Or did u forget that Jesus holds the keys to death and hades making him the grim reaper for the killing harvest.
