When I count to seven I say "sev " as not to confuse the 2 syllable "seven" as 2 beats, which I've seen people do.

That's graet Mike ,,you may want to teach out of Camine's untimate rock book he's got 7/8 and grooves in 9 to . You sound fantastic .. keep it up my brother .
