Why does it only take maximum 2 GB MicroSD memory cards? They come up to 16 GB now, but doesn't work in the Viewty. I just ordered 2 MicroSD cards with 2 GBs each from China on Ebay for mine.

erm what kinda firmware do you've on it? Is it hacked? Because I've read it only will take 2 GB max on my KU990 Viewty manual from LG Electronics. But maybe it was made before the MicroSD cards had bigger memory on them, or the silver vers is a later model with newer firmware!? Please reply.

my firmware is v10g.. i have theme manager instaled... but i had memory card before i've don that... u just need to format memory card to right format.. if u do it wrong it will only show 2gb.. =)

i have viewty. i would recommend samsung but if you want to go for style maybe viewty? it's not unusable as many people say, just takes about a week to get used to but lags quite badly and you need skill to use the touch-screen (which luckily i happen to have so it's working fine for me) efficiently.

depends on how many pics and vids you have. usually it's quite ok (just that other people when using your phone might say it lags a bit) but if you're accessing your gallery (which is impt for a camera phone) it really lags.

Agreed. Prada is just fancy. Viewty is fancy and lives up to its fanciness with its user interface.

prada is bluntly, Lousy. I've had a go at all three phones. Viewty amazes me most. The other two are simply not so user-friendly.

For example, if your a huge texter, prada will slaughter you with its limited choice of keypad types. The Viewty on the other hand, has a Qwerty keyboard, handwriting recognition and the conventional keypad.

The silver version has a slightly modified scroll wheel which is positioned around the camera lens on the rear of the handset. It may also have upgraded software (not too sure on the last point). Other colours due out soon.
