Just so you know, you can get a foam microphone cover for your camera to help reduce the distortion. The distortion just comes from the diaphragm of the microphone coming into contact with the electromagnets because the jets are so loud.

Also, nice video! Vintage jets are the best.

Superb job, to put this compilation together. I was also there on the day & it always has a magic atmosphere to me, but it always seems to be crud weather for photography. I guess Leicestershire has its own climate! If only they could fly, & they don't make em like they used to. Not designed by old eccentrics like they used to be I suppose.
