@shmokeshowman He's not dead. Static-X kicked him out right before he went to Jail for statutory rape (engaging in intercourse with a minor) back in 2005. He was released a year later and then went back to jail in 2008 for a parole violation. He was released again exactly a year ago.

Idk, might have to agree to disagree here. Wayne's solos are badass. Show's skill, and separates the men from the boys. That and they're just fun to listen to, and crank in your car.

I like Shadow Zone, but it's not my favorite Static-X album. In fact, it's PROBABLY my least favorite. Don't hold me to that one though, it's kind of a tossup between 2-3 albums.

@Illumirage I didn't say his solos lacked talent. They are awesome, I just dislike solos. They just kind of annoy me. As for Fuduka's set up, his sound is way too thin, and he does lack overall texture, thats what I look for. He can do the most complex solos he wants, still doesn't really sound good to me. Favorite Static-x albums are Shadow Zone, Start a War, Machine, Wisconsin Death trip. Cannibal and COS don't do it for me

I like what Fuduka brings to the table though. The band wasn't quite the same w/o him. Of the already few bands that do it, not too many bands do the whole rock - techno fusion thing well/tastefully. At least, the ones that I know of.

But even their worst album is better than much of the garbage being put out lately. Think we all can agree on that.
