  • That will be one killer workout. A person should get ripped and lean in a very short time doing this. Do you recommend this routine anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week?

  • I would recommend this workout 1 to 3 times a week for general fitness. Depending on if you do it in combination with other training programmes or on its own.
