The 4.6 is a much more efficient engine do to its design compared to an ls1 or ls6 that's in this video. but, will not make more power than a ls1 with out massive amounts of boost. The ls6 pulls from this cobra at the end, and I can tell you the vette probable had less than half the boost of the cobra. The termy is much easier to make power because the internals are all forged, so all a nut lugger like yourself has to do is take a 3 liter whipple, and bolt it on with new injectors and fuel system and act like you built a fast engine. The vette will take much more money because for big hp numbers the internals with have to be beefed up, but with the chevy you get the cubic inches you do not get with a ford. More cubes gain much more power with less and is more reliable.

A littly FYI for you tt vette guys. Ya im a mustang guy but I dont knock the power of a vette. Vette blocks are aluminum and can only handle about 750hp. before the block breaks. SO THE VETTE PROBABLY IS TT BUT HES PROBABLY GOT IT RUNNING A LOW PSI. TT SET UPS ARE AN EASY 800 TO 1000 HP. WHICH THE STOCK BLOCK WILL NOT HANDLE.
