~ You're not a dog person are you? This is very normal for a pup to be shown where their limits are. The older dog did not actually bite the pup, it is more like a gentle grab over the muzzle to let him know that they are crossing the line. The pup just instinctively let out a yelp, but was not at all hurt as you can see that he did not reel back in pain or anything, just held his ground and waited for the older dog to finally let him have the treat when she was ready to give it to him.
this happened when i brought a puppy home, just the older dog claiming it's authority is all :D very cute dogs, btw!!!
