@xxXToushirouXxx That's a good question, but there wouldn't be much disturbance, think of it like this - a big flat box atop a table with flower seeds and soil, there's a tap at the top, and a sink beneath with a solar powered pump that leads to the top tap. Add a liquid mix of minerals to the sink and turn on the pump and expose to rain. Over the years flowers will grow and die and borrow/make what nutrition they need, but there is always the same amount of minerals that you started with.
