I just bought this machine and I am having troubles with the initial set up. Could you do a video on how to set it up? Also I have very hard water so would you suggest using distilled water? Thanks!

S1 Vivaldi recovers temperature really fast, and the temp. stability is really incredible good for a machnine without PID.
In reallity nobody can make espressi this fast, but it still holds the temperature!
