I'm almost over my anxiety ... all you need is HOPE you will get better and you will =] I was precribed Xanax but only took 4 of them in the 4 months i had anxiety ... for the last 3 weeks i was pretty much anxiety free today it came back but that NORMAL tomorrow i'll feel better and overtime this whole this would be a thing of a past..
