when i was a kid.. i enjoy gathering red ants and soldier termites then putting them altogether in a bottle, the brawl always end in a draw.

most of the time, soldier termites will split an ant in half with just a snap

for ants.. it only takes a bite to down a termite. even the half-ants can still manage to bring down a termite thats just passing over their bodies.

Basically the ants move in and the termites start warning them. The queen is sealed off in her chambers. After that the ants are locked in one on one battles and can't seem to defeat the termite soldiers so the ones that are still alive pull out. The ant colony will have to look elsewhere for food
