  • Exercise is what will keep you healthy. By exercising, you will work off the calories in fast food. The high protein content from the burgers and chicken will help build muscle. Also, since you sweat alot during exercise, the extra salt in the fast food will actually be good for you. If you do not exercise the fast food will be bad for you.
