  • Like if you want SEASON 3!

  • Why do people even bother carrying hand guns at that point?

  • @Stealtht6 Yeah, there is no real point to carrying pistols everywhere when the Terminators are nearly indestructible.

  • Great and pretty Cameron.

  • Goddam I love Cameron :)

  • Terminator disliked this video..

  • even if they renewed it for a third season what the chances fox will manage to get back in the entire main cast? Not much in my opinion. Fox sucks. they dont know what they let go.

  • in many ways yes skynet was bad but its action was kinda justified i mean they gave it the ability to think and learn, it did and then when it got to advanced they tried to shut it down so like a cornered animal it had no choice but to strike first either that or basically cease to exist

  • @jopeon Read the MARVEL AVENGERS COMIC when HENRY PYM built a crude robot that could think and was advanced enough to upgrade itself,And evolved itself HATING its creator-generations of comicbook readers know that miswired SCREWY robot Pychopath as ULTRON

  • hm she at least deserved a thanks

  • add a few reavers and instead of a gun River/Cameron has a large axe and sword

  • pretty sure a huge robot wouldnt fall over a man as easily as that one did. it would either kick him or crush him

  • We never seen Connor in the future.

  • Yes we did. In Terminator 2, a short glimpse of him during the opening sequence. He's like a bad ass colonel of sorts that's a cross between the appearances of Jean-Claude Van-Damme (in Universal Soldier) and Silvester Stalone (in Demolition man).

  • season 3 please

  • LMAO logical inconsistency, these T-800s are supposed to weigh a ton (in T3 Movie, the 2 firefighters couldn't lift Arnold from the ground)

And suddenly Derek squats down in front of a T-800 and it trips? lol it would've just crushed Derek to death by it's sheer weight wouldn't it.

  • lol

  • Well, when Sarah asked Kyle if he could destroy the terminator (part 1) he replied: "whith these weapons? I don't know...". I assume that meant he came from a time with far more advanced weapons.

  • When he is trying to kill a Terminator why does he have to shout "HEY!" as if he needs to warn it?

  • he was trying to get its attention so it would stop killing other people

  • What? Some push and it's down on the floor??? Aren't these guys suposed to weight a ton?

  • i know what you mean when he tripped the terminator by lying infront of him, but the girl who pushes him is also a terminator.

  • not just to the floor but through a wall lol and the girl is another terminator

  • is it just me or does that terminator guy look like silvester stalone

  • Apparently Skynet seems to have his movies archived. I guess even murderous killing machines likes movies too.

  • BEST SHOW EVER

  • And FOX canceled it :( :@

  • Damn, my girlfriend just left me after 4 years, and now I heard Fox canceled the show, Summer/Cameron who could have been a quantum of solace is no more.

Damn you Fox! May the boms fall first on your rotten buildings!!!!!

  • Ever notice they never use the word terminator on the show? No idea why.

  • at the end of the last episode sarah says to weaver: "you were lieing terminator bitch"

  • It's because of copyright issues. They were only allowed to use the word "Terminator" in the title.

  • Please sign the petition at petitiononline to get T:SCC a 3rd season....it only takes a minute and hopefully its not too late....currently 13000+ signitures....thanks

  • @wkdtkd Give me the details.

  • @wkdtkd where do I sigh?

  • i dont get it..some scenes they have guns..but guns dont do shit...so why not plasma guns.

  • plasma guns werent invented yet

  • They had to have been, Cameron is a pretty advanced terminator and in the movies by the time the T-800s with the flesh covering like these come about, plasma weapons were in use, as shown by the Terminator asking for one in the first movie at the gun shop and Kyle's memories of the future. I think it was easier to use these guns than plasma guns because that would increase the cost of the show, for special effects.

  • Plasma rifles are shown several times in the future scenes of the show.

For starters Cameron has the one in the bank vault that someone from the future built using like 1960's tech.

The Resistance uses them all of the time, like when Derek is shooting at the HK's before he is taken prisoner, and when Jesse kills the T-888 on the Resistance submarine.

Also in the finale when John is confronted by the Resistance soldiers, they obviously have plasma rifles.

  • Plasma weapons were invented by Skynet. The only way Tech-Com got them was by capturing Endoskeleton battle rifles and cannibalising them.

  • Right but as we saw in the future battle from Terminator 2, most of the Tech Com, if not all were using Plasma weapons and plasma cannons. From what cameron says about this terminator going bad, i can only assume they would have taken its weapon. In kyles flashback from the first movie where the terminator infiltrates, he and the rest of the guys have plasma rifles. So I stand by what I said, they dont use them in the show because of cost.

  • What cost? Cameron did the plasma gun effects in 1984 in a low budget movie when the SFX were costly and difficult to do.Surey now with CGI it can't be hard to do, or costly.

  • well think about it, first they would have to build new prop guns, and the CG, while not expensive for a movie, for a show that is on every week, it can be a lot and not justified to those producing it. Yeah cameron could do it but cheap special effects would get ridiculed. When you think about it, what other reason would there be for not having plasma weapons? Every movie except the last one had them in the future sequences, and that was only because they had not been invented yet.

  • Comment removed

  • Stargate has done tons of energy weapons with CGI.

  • Then can someone please tell me why we don't see them? It doesnt make any sense not to have plasma weapons when they were clearly used by all in the movies. In T2, I didnt see anyone not use one, and it seems pretty clear that conventional weapons would not do the trick. I still don't get why they were not in there, they should be. But they are not. Yes stargate did, so why not this?

  • Well maybe they weren't ready at this moment so Derek just gets out his sidearm and yeah.

  • that's B.A.G we're talking about. His bad acting skills extend way down to what his character can and cannot use, thus the shitty firearm instead of a cool plasma weapon, lol

  • Who says they were there for the entire war? I mean, they had to be invented at some point.

That and they'd probably have to steal them, I imagine it was the machines that built them. They'd be in low supply and who knows what kind of ammo they take or trouble they are to acquire and distribute.

  • True, they were invented. As we see in T4, they still use regular guns. But Cameron is a more advanced terminator, meaning that at this point in the war, after the first two terminators were sent, the plasma weapons would be all over the place as see in the first two movies future sequences. Perhaps ammo is low, i don't know, but where do they get ammo for the regular guns? After all the crap that happened in judgement day, even a box of 7.62 rounds would be hard to come by.

  • The terminators used conventionaly weapons as well, once again guerilla tactics are the answer. Also consider 3 billion people are dead, the world is a lot less populated but before then, the government probably had enough stockpiled to quell much bigger forces.

Cameron's construction is an unknown, she's referred to as tok 715 but that could be anything. The more advanced Terminators had anti-terminator protocols, which she does not.

  • Correct as to TYPE OF **PLASMA WEAPON-AND AMMO SUPPLY ** Plasma uses up tremendus amounts of energy,And not only That-How would U recharge 2-3 at same time on same power source? STARGATE had thier own TIMEGATE-Meaning humans with that timetravel technology wont have same issues TERMINATOR had-Not too mention those guns be very hard to keep secret(Leaves behind BIG MESS,No matter what it hits!)

  • That terminator seemed to die pretty easy when you think of how much punishment Arnie took in the three films like the things are almost indestructable.

  • I suppose the terminators sent to the past in the films were made out of much stronger materials (which are rare and limited) because their mission was so important.

the terminators in the series which have less important missions are much more fragile

  • lol remember, Arnie's Terminators from all 3 films weren't hit at point blank range with a grenade launcher!

  • Hmmm, its true arnold took lots of damage, but when I saw this I had to guess that Cameron was aiming perfectly at the power cell of this terminator. Though if it were like the T3 one, it would have blown the whole building sky high. Also remember, that was arnold.

  • I thought they used ray guns in the future

  • They do but those are mostly used on the battlefield mostly for things like Hunter Killers, and alot of them are attached to the back of vehicles.

Also it is more practical to use regular weapons indoors, as a ray gun in this movie could easily vaporize a human.

You could actually make a sucessful kill on a terminator by shooting directly at the chip, with something like an MP5 or 12-gauge Shotgun, even a Desert Eagle would at least stun a Terminator.

  • I personally think Cameron messed with that poor Triple 8's chip which made it go bad, because even Derek earlier on in this episode was like these machines are allowed to walk around our bases like pets. She snuke in and fucked with that chip and I think she wanted to be the 1 to protect John in the present and prevent that Triple 8 from protecting John in 1999. I also think she's the one who gave out the safe house location to Vick, because she waited 3 days to tell Sarah about the soldiers.

  • You have to remember that the John Connor in the future is tough/strong/high-intellegent leader and brilliant military strategist.

Each person he has sent back has they're own personal mission objectives. She waited to tell Sarah because it wasn't urgent that she tell her right away, this wouldn't be the first time a Terminator has been sent back in time and instructed to lie or omit information. (T2 and T3)

  • Okay AceofJon, I understand that in T3, the T-850 didn't tell them what was at crystal peak and the T-850 lied to Kate Brewster when he said he'll let her go if she tells him where John's location is, but in T2 the T-800 never lied to John or Sarah, not even once. This is why I still say that Cameron in the show can't be trusted. They might have to destroy her, because she should've told Sarah right away and that's why Sarah got pissed and even Charlie Dixon gets a funny vibe out of her.

  • Oh yeah, one last thing to remember my friend, in T3 the both times Arnold lied to them was for their own benefit, but Cameron with holding info on the safehouse is just plain old shady, really think about it my friend.

  • I understand. I can also respect that point of view its well thought out. But I wasn't just talking about lying, sometimes there mission requires them to leave information out. Like the fact that in T2 John nor Sarah knew that they'd have to destroyed Arnold as well, it was a shock to both of them, he witheld information.

Plus we already saw Cameron go bad. Besides that she's had more than enough time to kill John and Sarah. They are no match for her.

  • Oh yeah and it was also when he realized that they wanted know to prevent the war, but if they stuck with the orignal mission to make sure John was safe and still let Judgement happen then he would've stayed as well. He had free will and decided to protect John, because he wanted, but in the special edition DVD they showed Sarah open his head and reset the chip and that's when he was learning. Interesting concept, but I seriously wished that T-800 stayed, man he was so freaking cool.

  • What model is Cameron. T-800?

  • Cameron is a Class TOK715 Advanced Infiltrator, the actually Model name is currently unknown. This model isn't mentioned often during the show, probably because of the models obscurity(in comparison to the T-888)

  • Thanks for your complainment Mr.AceOfJon or Ms.AceofJon, but how did you find out about Cameron's series being a T0K715, because I see no mention of that anywhere, but true we don't know what model she is, in fact we only knew T-101, because the Arnold skin covering comes from sergeant Candy. He's the only model number that we know of. She can even cry too, know that's spooky.

  • fight38club, she definetly can't be a T-800, because she dosen't use infrared vision, her vision is clear and she's not color blind. Also when John asked her what model are you, you seem different, she said that she is and he was remembering uncle or the T-800 if you want to call him that, LOL. I hope my info helps too, but I seriously use to trhink that she was just a T-900 or T-950 with flesh, until AceofJon says T0K715. That's kind of interesting.

  • Omg! I was thinking the same thing, I was like "this girl has to be a 'T-900" or something, but then during a commentary or a release statment by Josh Friedman? I believe. He stated that she is a T0K715 a class specifically for infiltration.

Which makes sense, if she were higher than a T-850 then she would dispatch T-888 with ease, instead of the blow-for-blow we normally see her in.

  • Cameron can use infrared vision, she does so during her hunt for John. Her vision just isn't red...

  • Well, actually her infrared technology, is more like that fuzy green color, like what she was using to find that chick that got killed by Vick in the woods, but I'm not sure if it was Terminatorwiki or what website that said that the T800 type Terminators or Triple 8s are color blind and the T-X is also color blind, she can only see blue and the 800s only red, but the T0K715 is the only unit I've seen so far that isn't color blind.

  • You know, it feels so good to be able to debate with an intelligent person on youtube, most people would've just started swearing and being offensive. Your very cool my friend, I totally over looked the part when John and Sarah switch his programming from 'read only'.

It was very sad when he died, especially when young John Connor was begging him not too...*chills* very powerful scene. LOL

  • Also, in the episode with Vick's Chip. She explains to John that she lies to him when the mission requires it. She's just playing by the rules just like everyone else, at least she's discreet.

Derek Reese lied to Sarah's face that he didn't kill Andy Goode, his mission was most likely top secret and Sarah probably wasn't supposed to know. What I think is that Cameron and Derek alike are simply soldiers with mission, they're not necessarily "good" but they have a job to do.

  • True, I understand where you are coming from, but one thing that is stuck in my head is when Derek asked Sarah what if it isn't the turk that creates skynet what if it's her, but now with this whole John Henry stuff, that's very unlikely, but still you never know and the T2 T-800 destroyed himself, because he learned to care for humanity and thought his existence was risky. It was a decision made on his own self awareness, but if he was on read only memory, he would've stayed.

  • very cool

  • I have one question. Why the heck shoot the terminator with weapons if that not effective in the robots?

  • It's a question of supply. Plasma energy is probably alot harder to come by and more resource dependent than plentiful generic ammo.

  • Which episode was this?

  • cameron the cutie

    ^_^

  • Its a T-800 !

  • lol it moves stiffly enough too!

  • what episode is this? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I SEE THIS! Kickass scene btw!

  • which cameron is this though. The Allison young based model now with john in the past or the one jesse is afraid of who has continued to influence connor after being with him throughout judgement day and the war. The myron stark terminator proves that they dont age.

  • i dont think its allison young bc i dont think a little girl can like throw a terminator that far and through a brick wall

  • no i meant the terminator who killed alison as opposed to the cameron we all know and love who jesse is scared of.

  • aaaaaaaahhhhh okayyy yaa i get u now

  • It depends on how the weight is distributed. The weight is probably mostly in the torso, as their skeletal legs look fairly empty. If the terminator is extremely top-heavy, someone rolling into it might not experience the full weight of the unit.

  • If Skynet would build terminators that could shoot for shit they probably won't need to be so crazily tough.

  • People will make up anything.A 440 pound machine would actually need BETTER balance than a human. And to knock one over by shooting bullets at it would be impossible. The bullets kinetic energy wouldn't be anywhere near enough

  • So seriously badass of Reese to trip the bad terminator with his own body.

  • Was this in an episode? Or was it cut out?

  • yep i believe this was episode 6 "Dungeons & Dragons". This is my third favorite episode, and so far I love the hell out of the series. Can't wait for second season on DVD!

  • I THINK (just take note of the i think bit) that this was an episode coz i remember cameron destroying a terminator that lookeed just like the bad terminator

  • Hmm.. Derek using a Deagle... Bet if he was using the .50 AE he would've stopped the Dude. Plus he had a M249, so... well, I don't understand why a M249.... Why not some Shoop De whoop Lazer?

  • Derek should have shot him in the head. In the Terminator series, seemingly NO ONE shoots terminators in their head!

  • maybe they run out of plasma rifles during that time or locked away those high energy weapons. who knows. But the resistance is still a ragtag army with limited supplies. So i guess they use anything against the machines whatever they can salvage. Besides in one episode Derek admited he preferably uses Caliber .50, Armor-Piercing-Incendiary ammo againsts terminators and used a Barrett M82A1 to kill one. Seems in the future not all conventional weapons are obsolete

  • What weapon did Cameron use on the Terminator?

  • looks like a M79 Granade Launcher to me

  • Nah, it was a Shotgun, R870 maybe. The Guy blew up cause it " went bad" Besides I don't understand how they're still alive with the "Thumper's" Blast Rate.

  • about that Thumbers blast rate...hmm makes sense

  • HOW da hell did derek trip the bloody thing??! It'z over 200kg's!! Just by walking into him could have snapped his spine...

  • in Judo, weight almost doesn't mean anything when you can push at the right angle. Derek made him fall over by his feet while he was walking. No matter how heavy anything can be, if the angle and technique is right, it can be tripped.

  • huge risk then...if the angle is incorrect...SNAP!

  • Lol. You underestimate bone strength. And why does it seem so impossible for him to trip it?

  • ermmmm....it's a machine after all? Itz immense mass will maintain amazing stability...and itz hydraulic legs will not be stopped by obstables such as flesh and bone...even if itz a trained fighter's flesh and bone.

  • You know that getting machines to walk like a human is nearly impossible, so even if they can, they probably aren't that balanced.

  • hey....this is science fiction based about a decade or two from today, and I'd say it's very possible. Look at Asimo. Hardly as tough as a terminator, yes but very good sense of balance. Well...idk much. I'm more of a metalhead than a science fiction fan...I just like the Terminator series.

  • Someone estimated the weight of a CSM 101 (Arnold) Terminator as 440 pounds. That would take a hell of a lot of tripping.

  • lol that was what I stated at first...but there are some martial arts analysers who said that if the right angle and application is used, a terminator will be tripped...and I was determinedly stating that derek would have snapped his spine.

  • nearly but not impossible, then again for an advanced ai that knows the human pyhsiology better than our understanding it could make a few leaps in producing a power to weight ratio

  • That was Mad Funny lol

  • they go bad their operating system is from skynet so skynet most likely programed the chips to reset to their previous settings and obvisoly most likey has a way to track all of its creations and reprogram them in the future.

  • Sometimes they go bad...lol

  • In the future, they have lost the knowledge of interpreting expiration dates.

  • So Cameron saved his life, why does he hate her so much?

  • he doesnt hate her... he just distrusts her just becuz she doesnt have a soul

  • I think we haven't seen the last of their meetings in the future, least I hope not, maybe before then something happened? Before she was captured.

  • No. she said sometimes they go bad. She can go bad too then.

  • Cameron went bad in the second season opener, "Samson and Delilah;" she suffered damage to that chip in her head in a car bomb explosion, and reset to Skynet's directive to terminate John Connor. However, she later overrode the command, possibly out of free will.

  • I think it was Cameron who tortured him (season 1) while she was infiltrating the resistance. Before she got reprogrammed.

  • I'm guessing the reason some of them go bad is because they figure out they have been reprogrammed and then extrapolate their original objectives. Ergo they start killing.

  • c0ldf0xx, they're using conventional firearms for a number of reasons. I'd be happy to explain. And just for the record, I'm not trying to be rude or anything.

Reason 1: The Plasma Weaponry seen used by the various model Terminators is supposedly based off of Westinghouse Plasma Technology that was a one-off prototype at the time Skynet was made. The Resistance doesn't have the plans.

Reason 2: The Plasma Weapons aren't exactly easy to make.

Reason 3: There are more conventional weapons around.

  • Another reason they use them is simply because they're more likely to be found and used, never mind maintained and built, in the Post-Judgment Day World.

  • Models from the T-800 onwards were "hardened" to EMP and plasma weapons. All it'd do would knock them out for (presumably) 120 seconds.

  • No....not all models from the T-800 onwards were resistant to plasma weapons. T-888's and Cameron are made of coltan...Heat resistant, not extreme impact resistant. T-800 themselves are very weak to plasma. A single shot would tear a hole through them and severely damage or disable them. Only the T-850 is specialised against plasma. Annnd...no...again, not all models from the T-800 onwards have the 120 seconds reboot function. Only T-888 and Cameron were shown to have that.

  • wait camerons not a t-888 is she?

  • She's a TOK-715, apparently. I'm not sure where that places her against the T-600s, T-800s and T-1000 in terms of design.

  • TOK750 is model, not generation. Her generation is unknown.

For example Arnold was T-800 model T101

  • A couple of episodes back 1 of the terminators was analysing her due to her strength and realized she was a terminator but it didnt no what model she is so he tried to avoid her so if skynet doesnt no what model she is then where the fuck did she come from another future perhaps

  • or later in the future than when they sent that t888 back from the future

  • That terminator that goes on a shootout looks like a mix of Arnie, Bruce Willis and Sly Stallone lol

  • When That Terminator Was Coming Around The Corner I Thought It Was Arnold.

  • that would have been awesome

  • Why are they still using traditional munitions in the future?

  • *Shrugs*

The Resistance has to make due with what it's got I guess. The plasma weapons they use were stolen from Skynet.

  • well you got to think military standards. In this future, it's not easy to maintain plasma weaponary in a base and it's better to use said weaponary on the battle field. They have plenty of OTHER weapons to take care of a Terminator, so therefor, they'll use traditional weaponary to guard a base. Cameron seemed able to take out a terminator with a grenade launcher of sorts, so they do have convential type weaponary to take out bots.

  • The music is really respectful of T2, and Brad Fidels percussion arrangement. Which really sets the mood here imo.

  • Don't diss T2! I could care less about T3, but don't diss T2!

  • same ting in terminator 1

  • i like the music when a bad terminator appears

  • Hell yes! And did you notice they can PERFECTLY blend it with any song that's already playing? Like in Samson and Deliah, it cuts in during that song and it blends so perfectly.

  • "sometimes they get bad, no 1 knows why" i thing this is why cameron is bad in season 2.

  • i dont want one of them

  • Where would Skynet get an M249, and how would a 1 ton machine get knocked over by a human?

  • they have a centre of balance. disturb that and fall like humans. like when in T2 john, as a boy, pushes arnie. only way they can do that is if they have a fluid centre of balance

  • i dont think this is the future but its good

  • Awsonomus! 4 stars

  • I think she may be some kind of I-model terminator; in which she seems to be more intensely integrated with organics. This is particlie confirmed via a scanning image by another terminator(s)-in which shows that her endoskeleton is mixed with organics, the fact that she can eat and he odd behavior.

  • why does it sounds like somehow in the future cameron is evil..

  • Because she's a reprogrammed terminator. She started out evil.

  • Wouldn't it be that the resistance captured her and reprogrammed her CPU? then again i think that's only possible to the T-101, T-888 right? (Arnold)

  • Well it seems like only John Connor does the reprogramming and switching the chip.

  • i think cameron is the one who caused the terminator to "go bad", just by the way she says "no1 knows why"

  • i wouldn't say that but maybe you're right... who knows...

  • Nice video, but putting up that FOX message isn't going to do anything. If they feel it's copyright infringement they'll take it down with or without.

  • if only she did that to Cromartie...

  • what model was that reprogrammed Terminator that went on a shootout?

  • i think they tried to make the huge terminator thing look like arnold

  • Go to the Flickr website

    and search for jcarwil

under contacts tab, then people search

for some unique Terminator Series imagery.

  • I like how this scene shows how they give tribute to James Cameron the Terminator director. First, Cameron is named after him. In this scene, she is wearing practically the same outfit as Sigourney Weaver in Aliens - another movie Cameron directed.

  • IT'S FREAKING BIG.

  • DAMN THAT THING IS HUGE.

  • summer is the greatest!!

  • that suppose to be the model that attacked the base in the first movie!!!

    anyways i loved this scene!!

  • no, Cameron said that sometimes 'they' go bad. meaning that he was reprogrammed but switched. the other one was an already bad terminator infiltrating the base.

  • You got it.

  • That was a good episode i believe its called''

    Dunegons & Dragons'' Summer ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love how Cameron says "sometimes THEY go bad..." it's like she's not one of "them"

    she's different
