@historyman9 ya they go in and are allowed to violate rules of war the media and politicians are not tiein anyones hands they are holding guilty people accountable for what there doing. its not one countries problem anymore this has become a global problem. when a company is allowed to send private citizens into war and kill and die with no official record of where they were what they did and who they were with. that is the main problem they are used by the government but because there private

@historyman9 like i saide the people they "protect" are buisness men in war torn countries the way they profit from killing is the fact that if there was no war they would not have any way to profit. they dont do it to protect anything but there cheque books. they would not be fighting or "protecting" any targets if there were no wars over a countries right to use there own resources.

@Anderasio Umm...I know what a PMC is used for. But thanks for trying. And did i say Shadow Company? i meant Shadow Army. And yes that is Blackwater USA nick name. I know that the US uses PMC fot gaurdidng VIP's and HVT's in war zones. And yes that is true...the gov dose havee plenty of control on the PMC but it dosnt mean that the PMC was at its best counduct all the time...i did have alot of incidents...but hay...so dose every other army so its no Big e 2 me. (sorry not the best speller ever)
@tantoedge Wow kid...plz tell me your not that stupid. Pieuvre Armement isnt real...it a PMC from a fucking video game...This is the real shit not some MGS4 stuff.
@spetsnazkommando Actualy no...the US uses the PMC Black Water USA (AKA Shadow company). Well the US did use them in 2002-2006 i think (correct me if im wrong) but we stoped using them because of a little insident involving the PMC and civiiz. Well the US said we stoped using them...but no one realy knows cuz you cant realy keep track of a PMC. Thats why they are called Shadow Company.
Uuuhh...it's more the other way around. In Switzerland or Germany for example you can be stripped of your nationality if you are caught doing mercenary jobs.
its so stupid that there are private millitaryies. who is in charge of them. who really calls the shot for them. if they arent subject to millitary diciplin then who are they accountable to. we have herd enough about how they opporate to know who really calls the shots for them.
Learn how to spell man. Who is in charge of them? Their commander, dur. Who calls the shots for them? Government or anybody else who hires them. A lot of them are ex-military or ex-law enforcement. They have discipline.Don't call anybody stupid if you can't even spell the word "heard" right.
@historyman9 they are not held accounable to any governing body only their contractor. ya most of them are ex military and theres a reason why they were eaither thrown out or left because they didnt like having a commander or having to follow the rules of war to not kill innocents. fuck if the government cant stop theire own people from killing them what makes you think a private for profit millitia is going to be any easier for them to controll
@shitydrumer This comment may be even stupider than the las tone you made. These are highly trained men with an objective. You make it sound like they are out there just to kill civvies. And look at Black Water. They get held accountable for their mistakes. Their based in allied countries so if they screw up they can be shut down. You spelled "militia" wrong. Theirs a huge difference between militia and P.M.C.s. You obviously have no idea what your talking about.
@historyman9 how dose them being in another country where they cant be held to the us legal system make them accountable. there not out just to kill innocents but when they do there is no punishment or reprocution of any kind in fact they seem to get more contracts because of it. i dont get how you can think that murder for hire is a good thing. cuz thats all it is. there not there to creat stability in fact they profit off of the exact opposite. chaos and destruction.
@joequangbui007 pmc's get paid way better, better benefits, and can pretty much do what ever they want. their not bound to the geneva conventions like the military is. Mercenaries " PMC" are in it just for the money and personal gain. if you take away the discipline, honour, and loyalty of a soldier, you get a pmc. Oh and pmc companies are privatley owned so the goverment has almost no say in how they are run.
@ericwilliam it's true that security companies are regulated by the government just like a normal business is, the governments are so corrupt that it is easy for these companies to dance around the rules in exchange for some $. and in recent years, the rules of war have gone out the window with water boarding, suicide attacks, and use of depleted uranium by both sides. they may not be allowed, but that does not always stop them from doing so any way. all these companies are about is profit.
@acdc30450 Still, if laws are broken, Contractors have been made examples of. Numerous former Blackwater/Xe Operators have been tried in court and convicted of war crimes.
True, they do get away with a lot of stuff, but it is a common misconception that they have a free reign to do whatever they feel like. As of lately they aren't even in combat roles, rather is true security roles. For example guarding embassys, or high profile government officials. Their role is very limited nowadays.
@ericwilliam yah actually they can because they are not subject to millitary court marshals. they can only be charged in civlian courts and where the crimes took place. they do not have to bother with the rules of war, they do not awnser to the government the awnser to there commander who is hired by the pmc. the government hires them to do work they dont set out guidlines for them on the rules of engaement or how to execute there objectives
@ericwilliam bullshit eh. so they dont kill iriqi civillians and they do have to answere to the gov? if you think that a private companie that thinks of themselfs as christian crusaders is going to do anything othere than what is in there intrests you are beliveing bullshit. what is good about pmc's. why cant real armys fight wars why do theyhave to hire private companies to do somthing that civilians should not be doing
@ericwilliam you do some reaserch. what is there to not awnser.you put a private companie in any situation and what are they going to do.... try and keep the contract going. how do you do that in a war zone. you keep the war going, and how you kill inoccent people and make more enamies. you wont address somthing that is in contradiction of your belifes cuz its to much of a shock to your world. if they are really doing this than we are in alot of trouble. you being in denialisputtingpeopleat risk
@shitydrumer You know me and my beliefs? Please look into international laws, try to understand Security Contracting.
I've said it before, they DO kill civillians and engage in other illegal activites such as sexual abuse and drug trafficking. But, those operators or more than often discharged from service and tried in a court of law.
Also, they dont hire the security companies to 'fight wars', their role has been severely diminished the past five years. They arent combat arms operators.
@ericwilliam and you think i need to do reaserch. not your belifs but your inability to look at facts and not what there procedure is. i agree they are not supposedto be combat oporators but that is what is down on paper. they are laws that are being broken. you need to relize there is what your told and then there is the truth. they should oporate within there boundaries but they arent. that is the problem. you need to look outside the box. see what is going on not what there supposed to do.
I know the facts, they do operate outside of their boundaries, they do kill civillians, break numerous laws, etc... When did I deny this?
My whole point from the beginning, you've ceased to realise still, is that people often believe they have FREE REIGN to do what ever they please, when that is NOT the case. All I was telling people is that they are governed by federal bodies, they are bound to the law, and so on.
@ericwilliam no not legally they dont but it is the unwillingness to charge them that makes it seem like the do. in a way they do as long as they dont step out ofline. i know this is just myopinion. but look at how many times you hear they do these things and then how many times do you see some kind of action being taken. look at how much they are hated. and what is there purpose? why cant themillitary be the ones working in a warzone. why are theyletting people profit from death and destruction
@shitydrumer There have been numerous operators charged, Blackwater lost many contracts, Aegis Defence was nearly put out of service.
I agree, they dont do enough about the bullshit that contractors are getting away with, and it is a shame. I don't deny they get away with a lot of illegal things, and they often go under the radar because of things like money, support for the war, etc.
But you see my point? I was simply telling people that, its false when one thinks they have free reigns.
@ericwilliam yes i see exactly what your saying but im not saying they have free reighn imjust saying simply and in alot more words that its wrong that they are even alowed to exist. i respect your push to make the truth all that there is to hear. we have to many lies that float around with no consiqunce. i think we needto push more to find out why they are still oporating and try to put them out of buisness. and find out who in goverment is in favour of this they also need to be broughttojustic
@shitydrumer I understand their use in TRUE security roles. Why have government soldier defending Vehicle compounds or Fuel dumps when they could be fighting the enemy? So hiring Security Contractors to do that job makes sense.
But like we've said, they often go over the top and end up stepping outside their boundaries which have been put on paper.
@ericwilliam this is just a question to you. but what do you see that they can do better than the army that we have already? im not trying to be condesending or anything i really wouldlike to hear your point of view on this. i just think that in my opinion that we have an army and air force to go and fight in other counties i dont really see why private companies need to go overseas to fight. to be a little more clear. if it involves combat oporations i think that the army should be the only
@ericwilliam force that goes over. just for the reasurance that they do have a chain of comand and are more restrictive. its just opinion that war should be hard to start and easy to stop.
@ericwilliam maybe we should restrict the type of weapons they use or maybe the level to which they can fight like some of these companies have small air fleets and navies thats a bit to much but obviously some compromise needs to be made w/ them i think
@joequangbui007 I saw that really idiotic response that other guy gave you. Let me give you a less biased reply. P.M.C.s are private military contractors hired for private security and mercenary work. Not all PMCs have the same objective or goals and not all are on par with each other. Most of the professional PMCs hire former military men (usually with special forces experience) security or ex-law enforcement with at least 10 years of experience. The pay varies from pmc to pmc.
no this is the crappy small shity one in san diego ,there most likely civilians who paid 800 for the starting carbine course, rip off Nouth Carolina is were the real pmc's stay.
I doubt that anyone that works with or for PMC's would listen to that low class nigger ghetto shit music that you have on this video.....are you a nigger, uneducated white trash or just plain stupid?
@bobbya16. Firstly let me start of by saying I find your comment very ignorant. Secondly, a "nigger" is an ignorant person so, that makes YOU a nigger. Maybe if you took the time and listened to some of this so called "low class ghetto music" you might actually learn something about the situations other people endure in their everyday lives. And by the way, I worked for Triple Canopy( a PMC)
from 2005 until 2007, I'm BLACK ( NOT a nigger; get it right ) and I'm a fan of NAS (rapper of song)
@slyimmortal ...Trust me I do know the difference between a black man and a nigger....I have several black friends, so do not misunderstand me...and as far as the situations that "other people endure in their everyday lives" fuck em...if they dont like it change it ...and I dont want to hear any shit that they do not have the opportunity to do so..."they" are afforded more than anyone..i.e. affirmative action...they just dont want to....
@bobbya16 I'm an educated African American, who earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, and I'm now a PMC pilot for Xe(formally known as Black Water) And I listen to "low class nigger ghetto shit music" before I go out on a sortie.
@bobbya16 I was referring to the comment you made to MP7A3. You don't know the circumstances to how the man has obtained his degree... where do you come off making that comment? uncalled for.
@Counseloration ....well I know what affirmative action is....read up on it...see how it changes entrance requirements for minorities.....dont respond ...I dont feel like typing any more today...
@bobbya16 Haha you're very funny, unfortunately affirmative action is pretty much non-existent in Texas. But I do thank God for giving me the intelligence and diligence.
I have a question for anyone knowlegable on the subject. Is the training of these guys more, prestigious, if you will, than say the marines or army? Or is it closer to something like a militia group; average training, all heart?
This is training video. You can be naked or in duck suite if you want. And PMC's can wear camo pants. Before this new law all camo was allowed. Thank you for comment.
Don't say PMC's when you are refering to the mercenaries in the company. PMC stands for private millitary company and you are calling the mercenaries companies it sounds stupid. And no they cannot wear camo anything because it makes them look like soldiers, The one guy is wearing ACU.. Think about it..
I'm talking about PMC's. Some of them even had full desert tiger camo set on them, some had 3 colour, or even desert marpat. I don't really understand what are you talking about here about mercenaries. Law about camo is some months old, and it it gives you option to have pants in any camo you want.
This is f*cking training video made in USA, THINK ABOUT THAT and FOAD.
Fail.. Research what PMC stands for. Mercenaries are mercenaries.. There is no imbetween and they are not soldiers. A private contractor is a mercenary too. Your a fucking tard.
@PresidentialMoments I worked for Executive Outcome for 10 years, I think I know a little bit more about PMCs than you do. You're just a kid who likes to read Wikipedia pages and play video games.
Lol Armoured Infantry? And your from Uzbekistan how are you going to be in a South African PMC, And it dissolved in 1998. The video game thing is getting old you cunt. Lol Uzbekistan? Shittiest country in the world.
@PresidentialMoments Actually The infant mortality rate is lower here than in the States, And we have a longer life expectancy than Americans. On average an Uzbek worker has twice as many paid holidays, and full medical benefits. And it's called a plane, I don't know if you learn this in your sub par American schools, but we use them to fly to other countries. And if you would notice, I used the past tense "Worked", It must be embarrassing, you don't even know your own language.
At any point did I imply I was American? And the average life expectancy for the average Uzbek citizen is 67 years. The average American lives 78 years.. I cant believe im standing for America at this point..
@PresidentialMoments That was our age expectancy, you're right, back in the 70's. There hasn't been a study in the past 40 years in Uzbekistan that relates to life expectancy, other than the Uzbekistan Medical Report of 2006.
@Southparker100000000 Assuming that EO is very much like Blackwater, are the rates of pay determined by threat level or is it a base rate (not asking what u get paid btw).
@mastodong20 Executive Outcomes was alot different than Blackwater, we served as soldiers rather than security guards, and we were all paid dependent on how much action we saw, and also on our duties, for example, my friend was a marine trained sniper, and he made more than I did.
@PresidentialMoments You're talking about doin research maybe you should do some. PMC stands for Private Military Contractor. They are not mercenaries. Mercenaries are hired to fight wars whereas PMCs are hired to provide security, i.e. VIPs, Guard Duty, etc. If you really want a good idea on PMCs read Licensed to Kill by Robert Young Pelton, a man who has experience with PMCs.
cannot wait till im out of the national guard, i wanna go pmc so bad!

786killzone 1 year ago
@spetsnazkommando Actualy no...the US uses the PMC Black Water USA (AKA Shadow company). Well the US did use them in 2002-2006 i think (correct me if im wrong) but we stoped using them because of a little insident involving the PMC and civiiz. Well the US said we stoped using them...but no one realy knows cuz you cant realy keep track of a PMC. Thats why they are called Shadow Company.
786killzone 1 year ago
@786killzone
Blackwater USA (now called Xe) isn't the only PMC the US .gov employs, and they're not known as "Shadow Company" anywhere. Ever.
Being a PMC isn't all shooty dakka all day erry day.
Most PMCs either train US soldiers or provide other services for the US military.
Some PMCs also provide PSD, it's like bodyguarding but in a warzone. This is what most people think of when they hear "PMC".
And the .gov has plenty control, it's just that most PMCs aren't employed by the US gov.

its so stupid that there are private millitaryies. who is in charge of them. who really calls the shot for them. if they arent subject to millitary diciplin then who are they accountable to. we have herd enough about how they opporate to know who really calls the shots for them.
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer
Learn how to spell man. Who is in charge of them? Their commander, dur. Who calls the shots for them? Government or anybody else who hires them. A lot of them are ex-military or ex-law enforcement. They have discipline.Don't call anybody stupid if you can't even spell the word "heard" right.
historyman9 9 months ago
@historyman9 they are not held accounable to any governing body only their contractor. ya most of them are ex military and theres a reason why they were eaither thrown out or left because they didnt like having a commander or having to follow the rules of war to not kill innocents. fuck if the government cant stop theire own people from killing them what makes you think a private for profit millitia is going to be any easier for them to controll
shitydrumer 9 months ago
@shitydrumer This comment may be even stupider than the las tone you made. These are highly trained men with an objective. You make it sound like they are out there just to kill civvies. And look at Black Water. They get held accountable for their mistakes. Their based in allied countries so if they screw up they can be shut down. You spelled "militia" wrong. Theirs a huge difference between militia and P.M.C.s. You obviously have no idea what your talking about.
historyman9 9 months ago
@historyman9 how dose them being in another country where they cant be held to the us legal system make them accountable. there not out just to kill innocents but when they do there is no punishment or reprocution of any kind in fact they seem to get more contracts because of it. i dont get how you can think that murder for hire is a good thing. cuz thats all it is. there not there to creat stability in fact they profit off of the exact opposite. chaos and destruction.

Might of already been said but this is out at Blackwater in NC. Granted its now called the US Training Center.

how is PMC diffent from usmc, army,
joequangbui007 1 year ago
@joequangbui007 pmc's get paid way better, better benefits, and can pretty much do what ever they want. their not bound to the geneva conventions like the military is. Mercenaries " PMC" are in it just for the money and personal gain. if you take away the discipline, honour, and loyalty of a soldier, you get a pmc. Oh and pmc companies are privatley owned so the goverment has almost no say in how they are run.
acdc30450 1 year ago
@acdc30450 oh ok thxs for telling me
joequangbui007 1 year ago
@acdc30450 Security Companies are governed by a federal body, wherever they are located. They are bound to the law. They can't kill innocents, etc.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam it's true that security companies are regulated by the government just like a normal business is, the governments are so corrupt that it is easy for these companies to dance around the rules in exchange for some $. and in recent years, the rules of war have gone out the window with water boarding, suicide attacks, and use of depleted uranium by both sides. they may not be allowed, but that does not always stop them from doing so any way. all these companies are about is profit.
acdc30450 1 year ago
@acdc30450 Still, if laws are broken, Contractors have been made examples of. Numerous former Blackwater/Xe Operators have been tried in court and convicted of war crimes.
True, they do get away with a lot of stuff, but it is a common misconception that they have a free reign to do whatever they feel like. As of lately they aren't even in combat roles, rather is true security roles. For example guarding embassys, or high profile government officials. Their role is very limited nowadays.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam yah actually they can because they are not subject to millitary court marshals. they can only be charged in civlian courts and where the crimes took place. they do not have to bother with the rules of war, they do not awnser to the government the awnser to there commander who is hired by the pmc. the government hires them to do work they dont set out guidlines for them on the rules of engaement or how to execute there objectives
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer Don't preach bullshit.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam bullshit eh. so they dont kill iriqi civillians and they do have to answere to the gov? if you think that a private companie that thinks of themselfs as christian crusaders is going to do anything othere than what is in there intrests you are beliveing bullshit. what is good about pmc's. why cant real armys fight wars why do theyhave to hire private companies to do somthing that civilians should not be doing
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer Please do some research. Then I will address your future posts.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam you do some reaserch. what is there to not awnser.you put a private companie in any situation and what are they going to do.... try and keep the contract going. how do you do that in a war zone. you keep the war going, and how you kill inoccent people and make more enamies. you wont address somthing that is in contradiction of your belifes cuz its to much of a shock to your world. if they are really doing this than we are in alot of trouble. you being in denialisputtingpeopleat risk
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer You know me and my beliefs? Please look into international laws, try to understand Security Contracting.
I've said it before, they DO kill civillians and engage in other illegal activites such as sexual abuse and drug trafficking. But, those operators or more than often discharged from service and tried in a court of law.
Also, they dont hire the security companies to 'fight wars', their role has been severely diminished the past five years. They arent combat arms operators.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam and you think i need to do reaserch. not your belifs but your inability to look at facts and not what there procedure is. i agree they are not supposedto be combat oporators but that is what is down on paper. they are laws that are being broken. you need to relize there is what your told and then there is the truth. they should oporate within there boundaries but they arent. that is the problem. you need to look outside the box. see what is going on not what there supposed to do.
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer I know exactly what is going on.
I know the facts, they do operate outside of their boundaries, they do kill civillians, break numerous laws, etc... When did I deny this?
My whole point from the beginning, you've ceased to realise still, is that people often believe they have FREE REIGN to do what ever they please, when that is NOT the case. All I was telling people is that they are governed by federal bodies, they are bound to the law, and so on.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam no not legally they dont but it is the unwillingness to charge them that makes it seem like the do. in a way they do as long as they dont step out ofline. i know this is just myopinion. but look at how many times you hear they do these things and then how many times do you see some kind of action being taken. look at how much they are hated. and what is there purpose? why cant themillitary be the ones working in a warzone. why are theyletting people profit from death and destruction
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer There have been numerous operators charged, Blackwater lost many contracts, Aegis Defence was nearly put out of service.
I agree, they dont do enough about the bullshit that contractors are getting away with, and it is a shame. I don't deny they get away with a lot of illegal things, and they often go under the radar because of things like money, support for the war, etc.
But you see my point? I was simply telling people that, its false when one thinks they have free reigns.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam yes i see exactly what your saying but im not saying they have free reighn imjust saying simply and in alot more words that its wrong that they are even alowed to exist. i respect your push to make the truth all that there is to hear. we have to many lies that float around with no consiqunce. i think we needto push more to find out why they are still oporating and try to put them out of buisness. and find out who in goverment is in favour of this they also need to be broughttojustic
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@shitydrumer I understand their use in TRUE security roles. Why have government soldier defending Vehicle compounds or Fuel dumps when they could be fighting the enemy? So hiring Security Contractors to do that job makes sense.
But like we've said, they often go over the top and end up stepping outside their boundaries which have been put on paper.
ericwilliam 1 year ago
@ericwilliam this is just a question to you. but what do you see that they can do better than the army that we have already? im not trying to be condesending or anything i really wouldlike to hear your point of view on this. i just think that in my opinion that we have an army and air force to go and fight in other counties i dont really see why private companies need to go overseas to fight. to be a little more clear. if it involves combat oporations i think that the army should be the only
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@ericwilliam force that goes over. just for the reasurance that they do have a chain of comand and are more restrictive. its just opinion that war should be hard to start and easy to stop.
shitydrumer 1 year ago
@ericwilliam maybe we should restrict the type of weapons they use or maybe the level to which they can fight like some of these companies have small air fleets and navies thats a bit to much but obviously some compromise needs to be made w/ them i think
nicamy8988 1 year ago
@joequangbui007 I saw that really idiotic response that other guy gave you. Let me give you a less biased reply. P.M.C.s are private military contractors hired for private security and mercenary work. Not all PMCs have the same objective or goals and not all are on par with each other. Most of the professional PMCs hire former military men (usually with special forces experience) security or ex-law enforcement with at least 10 years of experience. The pay varies from pmc to pmc.

Don't say PMC's when you are refering to the mercenaries in the company. PMC stands for private millitary company and you are calling the mercenaries companies it sounds stupid.
