Another great performance and nice to see a tv performance of an album track for a change. Doris has even made a routine for it. Should have been a single as it's so catchy. Love the way expression on Denise's face when she sings the line 'Now my tempreture is rising, your lips are much to near'. One of my fave tv apperances.

Funny how Denise is so shy in interviews when she's the lead singer of the group.

Also, I can't help noticing that Doris and Denise never stand/sit next to each other in interviews. Didn't they get on very well?

Denise, Doris, and Lorraine... Yah man. Yeah! They're some bad sisters for sure. I love this band. I just believe had Denise gone solo early on, she wuld have rivaled Janet. She not only has a better voice, her vocals are flawless and can dominate a track. In other words, she doesn't need the track to carry her (are background singers and hormonizers), her vocals actually dominates the record. Plus she can dance. This comming from a Janet fan. Now I'm a Denise Pearson fan.

@alvindalvin You may be right in some regards but never forget who Five Star took there Ques from. The Jacksons are the super family that all others compare themselves too. Like no other before them or after the Jacksons are the best!

The reason they look so great is that they're biracial - their mother is Indian and their father is Afro-Caribbean. As soon as I found this out I could suddenly see it's true, especially with Doris. I always knew there must be a reason why they were so attractive!

Is that video really from 1987? I can't quite believe it - it looks so contemporary. I need to find out if it's genuinely the original video.

Both Parents are from Jamaica. They have a lot of mixed indian/black people there, they are called coolies in The island. I admit they are beautiful to the sight. The pearsons sisters really look like the jackson because the jackson's mother Katherine has some indian in her too, so that's the reason they all looked so indianish. if you pay attention to Marlon, Jermaine, Rudy and Michael, they had more indian traits and skin than their brothers and sisters. Pearson are hotter stuff though!! lol

I have seen african women who look just like doris, and No they are not mixed. there is a reason they are attractive and its cause there parents genes made nice kids. NOT ever biracial kid is beautiful or attractive i have seen many who aren't and thats due to the parents. RACIST people like you make me not want to bring kids into this world.

Don't sweat it, because that info is incorrect anyway. Their parents are basically Jamaican who moved to Britain back in the day. I remember seeing photos of their parents in a 'Black Beat' magazine when I was a teen. They are not mixed or biracial. Their father was dark skinned and the mom looked like a light skinned black woman to me. In short, I agree with you. Too bad others have to be ignorant and act as if black people cannot be beautiful unless they are mixed. :)
