uf, many things: sound quality is A LOT better on vinyl. if you hear vynil and CD side-by-side, you'll get the difference.

but aside from the obvious quality difference, vynil is analog: you can mark your tracks (in the exact second) with postnotes on the vynil and jump arround your discs in a blink. to do so on a CD you gotta CUE them... but it only works on your machine, what if you go to a club and it's not your setup?

for scratching, the vinyl feel is way better, too. ;)

Totally agree, navigating vinyl is by far easier than CD's plus any Joe can beat match with ease on CDJ's due to the bpm counter. I dont mind CD's but prefer vinyl however I can see that vinyl may be on its way out due to the costs.
