A warning that appears in a red box while still in text mode before the game loads that beeps the PC Speaker loudly with the words WARNING: ADULT CONTENT Flashing with info at the bottom telling you that this game is not suitable for anyone under 17!

And that would be very scary and for some brave 9 or 11 year olds it will even scar them for life way more then the actual ADULT CONTENTX)

@Dakkiller1 eh....... didn't scare me when I was young I think you are familiar whit command and conqure they got something like that when you start the game. well when I was 3 years old I played duke nukem I know I was so little and didn't understand much BUT my parent's attitude was like this `Even if he is just a kid he can play 18 year old games.` and they said it because they was thinking that I would play it sooner or later. :D

@Barderaker Hmm, last time I played Command&Conquer, I didn't get a warning about the content in the game. Then again, I own the Windows 95 version VIA, The First Decade Package.

That would be silly if they put a warning for a game like C&C that isn't that violent or dirty enough to deserve a disclaimer. If I can have my way, I could hack the DUKE3D EXE so that it displays an ear raping Warning at the beginning right before the game switches to your selected video mode to go into the game!
