come to my country, its bettween 93 to 100 all the year. there only 2 seasons rain and heat, humidity between 60%-85%. so cars rust faster in here, hahaha

Its not the heat that's the biggest danger, its the UV ( ultraviolet radiation ) Light. Even if its cloudy. If the clouds are thin, the UV still gets on to your skin and can burn you, even when you can not see the sun. This is not common knowledge, but it should be, what with the Ozone slowly getting thinner than it has ever been.
