I speak the most basic italian but I think I can understand: They're talking about a contract that "Russia" has pledged with "them" (basically what they say), then the old guy asks the guy if he's got the contract (bald guy says he doesn't) then they give it to him and he reads "contract with the italians from Bruno Vespa born in the..." There the video ends.
