Nice weight lifted. Some pointers that can help boost your bench. Keep your butt & head on the bench. Maintain a high arch in your back throughout the entire lift. Grip the bar tight. Hold your breath all the way down and do not breathe out until you're at the top. Slightly pull the elbows in towards the rib cage (NOT FLARED OUT TO THE SIDE). Think of rowing the bar to your chest on the way down and engage your lats & rhomboids as you lower the bar to your chest. Hope this helps.
