Another 6th grade tuba player here.Don't puff your cheeks on every note, just pedal notes or other low stuff. Once your mouth gets bigger and starts to fill the mouthpiece you won't have to puff. Considering I got first chair on my first day I know I would take that advice.
thats a beginners book and a beginner tuba i play tuba too and the same kind im in 6th grade next year im gonna b playin tha big tuba and susaphone for marching season. anyway it was good. no offense but im better no offence keep pushing though good job 5/5
@jamer1296 I agree with 'PaybackTyme'. There is absolutely no need for you to be big headed and downplay the young lady's abilities. It is very childish. She has done something incredibly brave by posting herself playing on Youtube. If you wanted to say anything, then perhaps offer ways for her to improve her performance. Also, you are in 6th grade, in the world of tuba playing, you are a beginner too. We all have to start somewhere!
