you guys have to listen to what Stefan Dohr does with this solo , I've come to realize that orchestras in the U.S are like machines! everything works but nothing comes out of the hearth, they just sit and play........I was in loved with this guy playing and many other horn players in the U.S and then...I listened to Stefan Dohr, Sara Willis, Herman Baumann etc........these guys really know how to do it,there is a big diference beetwen blowing through a pipe and make music with it.

I don't think Gail Williams should have kicked Clevenger out of principal chair. She was his assistant principal for years, and they're both amazing. It is far too extreme to call a master of the horn like Clevenger to have a "douchebag tone"

das genau hatte ich schon gemacht bevor ich es schrieb.....denn forciert und eng mag ich es eben nicht.
dale spielt es einfach so wie es in den noten steht. bei ihm kommt die "wucht und agressivität"dieser stelle komplett aus dem körper und klingt eben nicht aus dem hals gepresst.....vergleiche es ruhig einmal......;-)
