This film was written, directed, edited and photographed by my father, Arthur P. Mandler. It is one of a dozen or more produced by The Portland Cement Association in the early 60s for Educational distribution. This is the only one of the series that I have found online. It was shot on 16mm film with a wind up Bolex H-16 with 3 Switar prime lenses on a rotating turret.
