thrs no provision of quota 4 xtians in any college other than 4 angloindians in a few states and that 2 only 1 or a maximum of 2 seats.. & angloindians constituite only less than 5% of the total xtians .Infact thr can't b cz our constitution does not allows quota on basis of religion ..So not only in St Stephens college no college can hav christian quota.. But evry Cllge can hav managnt Quota. b it a institution run by HINDU , MUSLIM or CHRISTIAN..
