I have to say that I'm disappointed by your enthusiasm for getting out of this ticket... you talk to others about "spirituality", about being honest and true to yourself and others, and here you are blatantly lying about the fact that you were speeding and how to worm out of it. OK Blondie let me educate you. Any ticket from a cop is considered you performed a crime. The US Constitution says that a crime must have 2 elements: You injured someone or you stepped on their Civil Rights. If there is no corpus delecti there is no crime (Body of the Crime.) When you were stopped for speeding had you injured anyone of violated their Civil Rights? NO! No Corpus Delecti to crime to standing for the Court. The DMV is a legal scam, a shake down by the crooks in black robes.

I'm not sure what world you come from, but a violation of the vehicle code is a crime. Some of which you can be arrested for (misd). @shmoopify I would file a 'demurrer' with the Court. There are 3 elements for a valid action: an injured party, violation of civll rights, the Couirt must be able to correct. If elements 1 or 2 there is no crime. You are speeding 10 miles the speeding limit: Have you injured any one, NO; have you violated any ones civil rights, NO: No crime, no legal grounds, no CORPUS DELECTI (Body of a Crime); no standing for the court...CASE DISMISSED. Or you can just pay the ticket and not go to court!

You're rifht about the cops changing their story of what happened I fought a "imprpoer use of a two way turn lane" the cop lied on the stand! But I think the Judge knew somehing was amiss. I had to go to a driver trianing class and which cost $25 and a saturday morning and the offense was wiped off my record...

@Inspire2Act - (part 1) So I'm a motor cop in the Bay Area of California.  All I do (for the most part) is write tickets all day and go to traffic court. I must say that out of most the "beat the ticket" videos I have seen on youtube, yours had one of the MOST important tips I have heard. That is....."Dont give a reason for the officer to remember you by". I write several tickets a day. The only ones i remember (at court time) are the ones when the person was a jerk to me.

@Inspire2Act -(prt 2)Attitude is the #1 tool you have going for you BY FAR when you get stopped.Looks don't usually play into a ticket (although Inspire2Act you are GREAT to look at).When I stop someone, my whole purpose in writining the ticket is to get a stat (not a qouta),but to get enough stats for the day so that my supervisor knows im working throughout my shift. That being said, it makes it really hard to write someone a ticket who has a great attitude, knowing i'll prob stop a jerk soon.

It's airyn homie. I got my ticket cut in half 2 days ago, parkting ticket. I told the judge who say that I have quite a few parking tickets, " I love to park!" and he give me a smirk and cut it in half. I had a bit more releasing to do.

LofA along with desire is very powerful, and then add faith to it. The Silva Method (Jose Silva) added to the philosophy by saying that the mind through meditation creates things and heals things in your life. Thought is energy. Energy is neither created nor destroyed.
