Liam isnt the only frontman who's voice got strained. He learned to adapt. He has an aggresive voice and the way he sings is terrible for vocal chords. The ciggarettes and alcohol didnt help but he still can sing when he is not fucked up.  There is an obvious difference from the early Oasis but live and in the studio, he can still do what he does best-sing and be a rock star.
