my guild just took him down today for the first time, on our first day trying.. we acually had a balance druid tank the shaman, we were having 2 hunters do it at first, but we relised the moonkin is much better, more armor and immune to polymorph.. so if you have a balance druid with you most def make them tank the shaman

Thanks for this video it helping me a lot for gruul with my mage.. only prob for me is that im fire mage so i dont have the frost shield. And when we tried lats time evrytime i tried to get in range for agro first i agroed the bigg boss.. Any advice how i can get closer without agro the whole thing?

our tankmage does pull the mob from the right side of the walk to maulgar...he doesn´t move at all....if moves are needed...the group moves....not the mage

we killed him on the 4th try in the first run. the 1st to 3rd try was to learn where to tank, what to do, killing order etc..

in my opinion, to kill these mobs a lot of healers are needed. because we needed to tank each on of them. I'm a hunter and i need to tank the shaman with another hunter. a paladin was assigned to heal only us. when the others join to kill the shaman. he only got 30%-35% hp left. both of us are MM hunter. and we build a lot of aggro.

I'm gonna tank him for the first time this evening, and this vid helps out ofc. Been collecting gear for a while now and got 12,6 K HP unbuffed, which I hope is enough. I'm more concerned about the loss of Mana this outfit contributes with :/

it says to have about 12k life, but I was thinking, wouldn't it be a good idea to get the FR gear from shat, the gear you would buy w/ your tokens, since it has both FR and stamina already in it.

yes it does.. when you tank him as mage you will get hard fire balls on you and the fire resitanse decrease its dmg..

well to say the truth its a long list of addons, that you bring together to get this. Check out for Bundle (or pack) of addons made by people on curse-gaming

jeez in my guild we cant get this boss down, all is a mess, we try several times but is in posible, the lock is out of control killing ppl, the stalkers in a moment kill healers, we try also with differents tactics, but is still dificult, the mt dies sooo fast, we put him one priest, one paladin, one druid but imo we need more healing, also if someone can tell me which is the best healer for the mage, in our trys the mage´s healer is a priest.
