Almost sounds like it has a sore throat. Sounds better than the meow one of my sister's cats makes though. Can't really describe it, but its irritating to say least, though maybe its do more to the fact that he meows only when he wants food (all the time) and poops on the floor when you don't feed him. Damn fatass of a cat. Still, watching the fatass (real name is Mulligan, but we call him otherwise for obvious reasons) beat the tar out of my Great Dane is quite humorous.
