9serenity, The dolls are my own original creation. I think I found a book at one point that used flower petals for fairy skirts and I adapted the idea to paper dolls. The brads can be found at craft stores. Enjoy!
My mouth was an o in this...pure magic in every since. What kind of brads or whatever do you use to connect the joints and where did you learn to do this....the flowers as well what gave you those ideas? You are so brilliant.
wonderfully done video - just would have liked to see glue you were using - your winter fairly is absolutely beautiful - I bet mom's would love to have one fashioned of their daughters faces -Ruth
@rodailey1 Hi Ruth, I use Aleene's tacky glue and SOBO glue. Both dry clear. Aleene's glue is a little bit thicker than the SOBO so I switch off depending on which glue I think is best for a particular part of the project. I like your idea about using faces of living people and I have done it once before. Thanks for your comment. :)

@willwoe Hi there, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Thank you for the compliment on my paper fairy doll. To answer you question, I get my supplies at local craft stores, mainly Michael's, Jo-Ann or Ben Franklin.
i would like to make that for my daugther as invations for her birthday party but i would like to use her face...can up give me some helpful hints on how to use her face and do a more spring summer and fall them...thanks you in advice.
I just got back home from Christmas with my family, so I have some catching up to do! Your little fairy is just beautiful! Where do you get your images for the heads and wings? Such eye candy! Loved it!
Hi Tracee! Hope you had a wonderful holiday and welcome back.
I get the images for my heads from a CD I bought on e-Bay. There are several sellers out there who have these. The wings were also purchased from an e-Bay seller and I just resize them and change the color as needed. Sometimes I skew them too.
Thank you for your visit and kind words. They are always appreciated.
Thank you so much, for the compliments, all!
