  • I was wondering if you know how to make the one similiar like this but with PORK MEAT inside. I'm not sure if it's Chinese or Vietnamese dish.

  • @hteinshu Hi, there are english annotations in the video. They are just like english subtitles and I translated the list of ingredients and you can find it in the video descriptions box under the video. If you have a question. Please let me know I will show you another way :-)

  • @wantanmien I know there is a list of ingredients in the box below the video and I appreciate for it.What I mean is u mix this and that and leave it for how many minutes minutes ,covered ......and things like that.I notice u did that in some of yr videos.Anyway,thanks for the great recipes.

  • 澄粉是什麼?有什麼作用?wheat starch?可否用普通flour或略去不用?

  • @sandychansen 你好, 澄粉是生粉的一种,小麦淀粉.一般做点心用 澄粉其实就是面粉去掉了面筋提取出来.所谓澄粉. 有黏性. 對不起, 這食譜要用 wheat starch :-)
