@issyaj1 It's harmless. That's a dust devil. Sand/dust gets pretty hot right? That hot air rises right? Often the air higher up is coldish (by higher up i mean approx. 50 ft or so. If a tendril of hot air gets through, boom mini tornado. This is exactly what happens in real tornadoes, but on a TINY scale.

LOL,,fake? its a dust devil, not a tornado. dust devils are basically thermals (hot rising air ) and the displaced rising air pulls in the surrounding air, which starts to rotate, perfectly harmless to the point of just getting sand blasted... Plus you will most likely Only see them on blue sky hot days..We use to play in those all the time in the Texas summer heat when we were kids. Though can be quite common in large parking lots and fields anywhere its HOT out... Nice vid too!
