  • hahahah squirm fat banker squirm :) )

  • If they had any true legal right to be there, they would have already put you in cuffs and changed the locks. But all they do is stand around posturing and intimidating you. They know they have no legal jurisdiction in the matter.

  • 1:25 is priceless

  • Poor locksmith, I hope he finally gets paid for wasting his time. LOL

  • She didn't just trick them by avoiding joinder... the bank got their $ legally, didn't they? They're double billing?

  • The judge knows he can't win over claim of right. ;D

  • Whew!!! Irene that was great! I think after all of that the officers might be looking into this "admireable rights" thing. You stood your ground and they saw that you knew your rights.......I wouldn't be surprised it they are subscribers now!

  • oh my god

    i love this

i want to learn this stuff

how do i go about it

    i am in the uk

    is the system the same

or do i have to learn something different

  • @hardtalker1 well we are a common wealth country, so most likely

  • Irene should call the cops for trespassing and get them all arrested.. including the officers.

  • buy the way she lost the house

  • @skwid12 apparently you didnt watch the follow up video, stupid.

  • @skwid12 How can she loose the house? She paid for it!

  • How come all senior type bankers wear $2500 suits and are immensely overweight, bald, with glasses and grey hair??? They are such nasty human beings....

  • I agree with everything your doing I just wish we had peace officers here in America that still acted like that! Man, here in America they would get out the taser gun, smash you, mash you and let you have it.

  • Question:

Are the RCMP in their rightful capacity, allowed to offer legal advice that arms one party and degrades the other?

If in all fairness they should have advised the agent for Irene as to a possible recourse (a positive defense) for the action they suggested to the other party.

To party (A)...Pssst, here is how to get the police to support your action.

To party (B) You should just let them run rough shot over your rights, if not we are going to come back with them. Arrant you scared?

  • I wish there were more officers like this even though they seem to lean toward coersion of juridiction. They act more appropriately and without force.

  • thank you Irene.

  • It would be a much better vid without the idiot doing the voice over.

  • that's right, dammit! "not as a peace officer, you're not"

  • beautiful hill at 3:17, i commend you irene, keep up the good fight!

  • If the RCMP produces a witness to the effect that causes joinder between the human being and the fictional entity, does that create the necessary joinder or is that hearsay?

The RCMP did it at about 5:11...

Denver cops would never allow this conversation to take place. You Canadians are lucky.

  • WOW thanks the20thmaine i didn't hear that at first. this proves to me that this legal fiction stuff is real. did irene have to do some kind of process ie to capture her STRAWMAN to be able to claim common law jurisdiction. or can you claim common law jurisdiction at any time?

  • Great work folks, proof positive that the free man movement is not full of BS. Anyone questioning the free man movement or Robert: Menard's teachings needs to seen these clips.

Thank you for the post, much appreciated, keep up the good fight.

  • Please note @ 5:10-5:24 the RCMP asks if the banker sees IRENE GRAVENHORST ( the ``fictional corporately created juristic `person```). The banker looks squarely at Irene Gravenhorst, and says ``NO.`` This proves his complicity in this legal tour-de-farce. He knows the fraud being perpetrated here and he does not want to be caught lying on the video. He says he ``saw her in court`` yet he claims she is not there now.

  • who talks us into playing this way.

  • wow, so the RCMP goes to talk her down and end up getting told where to go RIGHTLY so he talks down the Bailiff.

You have to give the RCMP guy credit for playing his role to a tee and following Law properly.

  • i love how the fat banker is so worried that his fraudulent documents aren't fooling Irene LOL. Also why is the "PEACE OFFICER" giving the banker step by step instructions on how to win but with Irene he tells her to simply comply.

  • .."please obtain official documentation" the cop says. How could they not have it on the 2nd visit? sounds like fraud. How are the banks able to do this?

And what was the outcome of this?

  • What was the result of all this?

  • She won :)

  • All she had to do to end it quickly is get some cheep ass doors put them up let them changethe locks on them doors then swap the doors afterward. i see the moral high ground of irene she could have sent a bill to cover the costs of the doors.

  • Why should she? the bank had no claim of ownership!

  • so, just give up and secede your rights in order to avoid confrontation? if more people stood up to these schoolyard bullies, this planet might be a lot better off...

  • Peace Officers are federally sworn officers, so technically their powers are nationwide, the force they work for is irrelevant.

  • I really think the cameraman who is doing all the yelling should invest in an education and get a job because he looks like a bum,I have seen more well put together jailbirds. Irene Gravenhorst should pay her taxes and mortgage. What you are in affect doing is stealing.

The RCMP should have allowed the people to execute the order, and then arrested anybody who impede justice under act pertaining to the administration of law, under the criminal cod, which is common law! As all laws in Canada!

  • The RCMP's couldn't do anything as the order was just a piece of paper, there was no signature of authority, from anyone other than a court clerk, they can't rule in place of a judge, besides I rene can then decline that offer, this is her right.

Should taser them to death, eh?

Irene is protecting the house from damage from the banks who have no proof of ownership.

So, basically your advocating willful vandalism and the officers to aid and abeit, is that what your saying?

    UCC friend!

  • You should really consider in investing in some education before you claim people who know the law. To know something in past tense means you KNEW it. As for judge signing it,n it comes into force as soon as it is communicated to those who are going to be executing the order/warrant. Your little insurrection is at an end.

  • I see alot of tazer going on.

  • he's on camera wonder what would have happened if there was no cameras

  • Its obvious to me that these goons know just enough about admiralty law juristiction to know that this woman is not someone they can bluff into compliance.

  • love the rcmp

  • actually the Banker and Baliff are the one who called the RCMP to enforce the court "order"...

  • @sierrasniper wow your the stupid one..everybody else knows that she didnt call the police.. the police would be more trespassers...she knows her rights..go watch something more simple if you cant keep up.

  • Very patient, professional RCMP dealing with belligerent, hostile, argumentative people, obviously looking for a fight. Congratulations on another job well done!!

  • The hostile people were the ones trying to deprive Irene of her property and rights.

  • Yes he is very patient, but notice his language and how careful he is with how he deals with her and the bankers. He has no power to "enforce" anything and he knows it. Police officers and peace officers know how to use ignorance as a tool for leverage. If more people knew their rights, it would be a different world.

  • I feel dam sorry fo r the RCMP in this video!!!

They don't want to be there!!

it's there job and they are doing it a great job though!!

  • Keep up the good fight for common law! Maritime laws over fictitious entities must be stopped. Wake up everyone - before it is too late.

  • Irene, I would like to formally appologise for my previously stated comments. I had the chance to watch your introductions videos and then, and only then, able to clearly understand things. I reacted out of prejudice and ask for your forgiveness. I am now on your side and support you in your legal battles. I'm sorry.

  • What kinda spin docter is she? like what has she been smoking. Yeah look at what ur tax moneys going to. The could be out saving lives, however thay are aguing with dumb bitches about locks. all the power to ya RCMP

  • Irene, you sold the house right? Therefore you are no longer the lawful owner of the house or property. Which makes YOU the one who is trespassing and YOU the one who is invading privacy by videotaping private property. You are interfering with a government action, which is a criminal offence. (1/2)

  • . The Governor General of Canada doesn't even have to sign a Bill to make it become law; she just has to approve it; which the Judge did. Sorry, but you don't have a case. Give up!!! You are wasting taxpayers money by having the RCMP tell you that you can't do anything about this. (2/2)

  • The RCMP are actually respecting you by listening to what you have to say. You, and the "law expert camera man" continuously interupted the two officers and in turn, disrespecting them; which also I believe is a criminal offence.

  • Being Canada's National Police force, the RCMP have jurstiction in the communities they opperate; North Vancouver being one of them. It's people like you that bussy the RCMP with stupid issues, like locks, instead of having them make our roads safer by removing drunk drivers. All power to the RCMP and to the two officers, i'm amazed with your patience.

  • Hey 16408 - These officer's are working uder maritime law. They have NO juristiction - neither does the judge - Over this woman. They are trying to bully her by tying her to a fictitious entity they created. This is Human vs. Machine and you clearly choose machine. Wkae up before it is too late. Know your rights and know the law before you post so many ignorant responses.

  • Man... the RCMP have patience. Did Irene ever think that the very laws she is bitching about are a privelege in this world. Perhaps she should move to whatever country practices this "common law" and there she can have her head kicked in by the police there. I commend the RCMP for having the manners they had with this gongshow.

  • ok first "common law" jurisdiction is crap RCMP have jurisdiction any where in canada... long story short these videos are annoying and Irene who yeah we get is a human woman could not be more annoying

  • Listen carefully Victis 345 - Common law is not crap. RCMP only have juristiction over "people" that join themselves to Maritime law. They are trying to enforce maritime law upon a fictitious entity. This woman knows the law and her rights as a human, not a fictitious entity. Note how they keep having to leave. Also, note how the judge will NOT sign the order? He will become liable if he does which will get him disbarred. Common law is not crap and the judge knows it.

  • theres gonna come a time where many other people are gonna wished they new the law and where Irene stands, Im happy she didnt bow down and roll over. why wont the judge sign he dont want to admit to anything on paper but they make us little people sign papers all the time. Im getting to where Im not gonna be signing papers either. if she had all her stuff in that house why should she let others have a key. A judge wouldnt.

  • What's the background on this?

  • Extremely professional. Nice to see. And for all the ranting - wtf would you do in the same situation.

  • The officers were extremely polite and considerate of Irene's rights. If they know what's really going on they are terrific actors. Courageous. See J. Maxwell Occult World of commerce part 1 for more expert explanation. My prayers to the naysayers as well.

  • Irene don't you think that maybe the reason why the police officer had his back turned towards you was because you couldn't keep quite? I know when I'm trying to have a conversation with another individual while others are talking over me, I tend to turn my back towards them. Just a thought.

BTW, does the camera guy (the one who continuously interrupts the police officer) have any kind of relation to the property?

  • I would like to commend both officers for there professionalism shown throughout this clip, they where in a tough spot with little co-operation from Irene and the vocal cameraman.

  • Hey, how are all your "tresspassing" charges doing? Are you and Irene gleefully tying up our court systems even further with usless and frivolous crap such as bitching out cops for trespassing?!?! I hope if you get robbed and raped at gun point in your next home that the poilice don't bother to come in and help you as they would be "tresspassing"...and we wouldn't want that now would we.

  • She was invoking her rights! She knew her rights and laws, more than the fellows around her.Educate yourself instead of being reactive.Look at V for Vendetta.Peruse scholarsfor911truth.org.People in power are likely to abuse it.The Nazi, Rwandan genocides, sexual scandals by clergymen. Need more.Guantanamo Bay detainee,Abu-Ghraib.Great vocabulary Boneman!

  • And in the process being very disrespectful to the officers who would put there life on the line to protect those same rights. Show some respect or don't say anything at all!

  • and the paranoia continues ...

  • Irene and her hippy firends are the biggest waste of skin around

  • Wow the google law degree is really paying off everyone offers up their name but she won't do the same. How are they supposed to know she is the person authorized to speak on behalf of irene? rcmp20071 was right about one thing and it wasnt about the call to police

  • Well I apologize whole heartedly for my coments. I was unaware of who summoned the police. Please except my apologies on this comment and the others. I admit I was wrong. Hope everything worked out for you guys in the end. Take care.

  • I am one of the dick's behnd the camera, and appreciate your insightful words about me.

I for one fully agree with you that "the ones who's wasting tax payers money are the ones who called them in the FIRST PLACE. Ya bunch of fucking retards.", because of the fact that the Bank Representative and Baliff Terry are the ones who called the RCMP to assist them with their invalid court order. Indeed! They are retards, wasting the taxpayers money and wasting the time of the good RCMP.

  • @huskavarna 4 years on since this comment was made, well done and fool the blind man who can see. Great work

  • @rcmp20071 just doing there jobs now where have i heard that before

  • @rcmp20071 I agree his condescending tone was not appreciated or needed. He was being a jackass while the woman was doing perfectly fine defending herself. It seems like he just wanted to agitate the situation for the Cameras, whereas Irene wanted justice to prevail.

  • @rcmp20071 too bad the rcmp are too stupid too even know who they work for !!!!

  • @rcmp20071 your right the rcmp should be doing there job, its too bad there too busy enforcing laws for banks and corporations, get informed

  • @rcmp20071 Your right the trespassers are a bunch of retards!! They are wasting tax payers money !! Your assuming she called the rcmp..why would she have to? lol... 4 yrs later and its still one of the dumbest comments here! you should be proud...lmfao

  • @rcmp20071 these people are not your enemy. they're just like you! relax
