@breaneainn I've woken up to black figures in the corner of my room. And other times I gotten the whispering in the ear. During SP it's felt like something was moving on the bed witih me. For the most part they just stare. Any light entering the room they leave really fast. It's really weird because once when I astral travel to my bedroom door I saw a figure at the door and soon as I realized I was looking at myself from the bed I shot back into my body.

Ouija, you think your tlaking to a good spirit but the *name* they give you is a lie. Demons do what they do best lie and gain your trust so you give them permission. I have had friends tell me they see light standing behing me. I even once had a young girl call my phone (unknown number) After I was talking to a friend about how I wish I knew who this spirit was. She called to say Ashley. Lately a Darker prescence is around and it wants me to basically become a hermit in regard to studying the etheral. I feel like he is my only friend. Is this dangerous. What do you think?

That's creepy. I'm so scared of the idea of shadow people, mostly because i've never encountered one, so I fear that which i do not know or understand. Does it creep you out? If so, do you do any sort of cleansing ritual?
Know they dont creep me out, because they leave so quickly once you discover them...I have never done a cleansing because I see them as being friendly entities. Although I have heard others say that they are not so nice.

Hve i tryed to talk to it.. no.. I know when its around its a feeling on your back like.. he's just about to touch me.. When I was a kid I would get this feeling when I would be going down dark stairs. same feeling.
I'm wondering if i had something similar, because, as a kid, sometimes i'd freak myself out when i was running around playing because i felt like something was chasing me.
