yehh its defo 100% natural, an you can get it from loads of places really, anywhere sporty that does bodybuilding stuff, also holland & barrets do really good deals on whey protein! it depends how much tho as some are better than others, so they can normally range from about 15-40 pounds, im presumin you live in england here haha, but for cheap whey protein, your local supermarket is good like asda :)
