Anybody know the best way to grind or powderise the Ferrocerium flints? are they brittle enough to be crushed in a vice?

i got 340 sandpaper :P but where you get your ferrocerium? i use a firesteel and sometimes some big zippo flints.. firesteel is ferrocerium-magnesium.. which is even better than ferrocerium (: its really powerful just with matchpowder (:
