Canada Post is a JOKE! They have the highest postage rates in the world. We are a small business in Toronto and have been driving our parcels to Buffalo or Fort Erie NY and mailing them from there. Much cheaper. Oh yea and these parcels I speak of are all addressed to Canadian locations and not US. Some small packets only going 1 mile from our building are $10 by Canada Post and only $4 is mailed from the US. Canadians are getting completely screwed by Canada Post.
On a couple of occasions postal workers have delivered packages to my home and left them out in the open exposed to the weather. In one case a book that was delivered was totally soaked and ruined. Normally they do an A1 job but sometimes I don't know, maybe they're having a bad day.
We had a similar problem with a neighbor who let their dog run loose. It would come up our driveway to do it's business on our property. Told the owner to keep the dog restrained or I would phone the pound and show them the video. If the dog was on my property I wouldn't expect the carrier to enter. Sugest you get the dog on video off it's property and go from there.
