More flex than stock, and much lighter than stock. then you would have the full carbon fiber buggy. the Carbon Fiber Chassis is made by "Matrix Concepts Inc". That's a must have upgrade. also, I don't recal if you're running the Elite-RC motor mount, that's another must have. makes motor/pinion gear changeds and adjustments super easy, also lowers the motor closer to the chassis for lower CG.
@theiceman1972 Nitro House dot com sells the side guards under Hyper 9e Hop Ups. You can buy them for about ten dollars. You just have to drill the holes in your chassis, that's it. check out the MoosRacing Carbon Fiber Chassis and the Matrix Concepts Inc Carbon fiber Chassis as well, both for the Hyper 9e. The chassis won't break, they're lighter than the stock aluminum chassis, and have more flex for improved handleing. super awesome, that's for sure.

Where did you get the side guards? I would love to add those to my hyper 9e. BTW nice looking Hyper 9e.
