they only ban for the old glitch that for if u changed some gate to an small item you could get past it cause jagex was lazy to make it so the model is as large as the skin

This patch to do this doesn't have options if put it in your World of warcraft files it automatically does this, there is no way to change Items in the game with this apart from the pixels on only a few clothes in the game and even then only you can see it.
