A friend bought this VINYL-LP at the time of release.

    SO HARD

  • Whoa this is awesome

  • nothing like a vintage strat/marshall/fuzz face cranked all the way to filth.

  • am i the only one ho thinks this sounds like nirvana ?

  • @jonathanverhaeghe you are not the only one, i though the same thing the first time i heard this song.

  • @kratos3821 In that case Nirvana sounds like this, not the other way around.

  • @penetreramera you are right dude!

  • KILLER!!!

  • Reminds me of Electric Wizard.

  • @realityfrominsanity

ME TOO MAN. I swear this song probably spawned the members of the band the first time it was performed. Think it would be awesome if they did a cover? LOL

  • @Satantransvertdeath Hell yes man! They would make it soo doomy and psychedelic! Such a killer song!!

  • This is pretty heavy and awesome but to say it is heavier than sabbath is saying a lot. especially when compared to the epicness of megalomania, into the void and wheels of confusion.

  • This is so much heavier than Sabbath. This is awesome.

  • @digdugs57 no there not sabbath were before them and way heavier you listen to there concerts back then even by todays standards very heavy.

  • cool songs and amazing heavy sound - also notice the STRONG vocals, unlike in 90% of nowadays bands

  • Quien dijo que los metaleros no pueden ser de una religion?..

    Arriba JERUSALEM

  • one of the greatest songs of all time.

  • pre-trouble, pre-candlemass DOOM metal.

  • @CupisHomines

That's actually blues rock. The resemblance to modern doom metal comes from the fact that today's bands are recycling influences from these days.

Stylistically and conceptually these bands are related to Cream and the 1960's US garage sound.

Love the style anyway. If you are interested in obscure early stuff check out "Light of Darkness", "Wicked Lady" or "Blue Cheer" or "Wytchfynde" (the spelling is correct)

    Doom on!

  • @runlevel0

Damn that's dead on, Blue Cheer rules, Witchfynde too...

    Light of Darkness is sweet!

What about Hairy Chapter, Randy Holden, Vulcan, Headstone?

  • Love this!!!

  • yes, heavy metalos, re re re.
