  • I hate the way he talks too. It's annoying. It is!

  • I've noticed an incease in waist size and thigh size from using this machine. Not good. Also blisters on the toes.

  • @spellaho umm you were on this page. are u an overweight piece of shit?

    i think so

  • Did 65 mins on it. Last week I could not do over 2 mins

  • @spellaho it will get better i am "5'0" and 135 pounds and i go on this everyday for 25 min and it has been three weeks and i am now down to 120 if i keep doing it i think i can get down to 115 my goal. You just got to eat less then your burn.

  • I love my eliptical, i do 25-30 minute backwards and then i do an half an hour forwards everyday, but i took a week off.

  • Next time you're making a workout video try a lower resistance so you can speak more clearly. I understood you but people are just destroying you on here.

  • My problem is I work out and then eat a piece of candy or drink some coke, or chocolate milk. I'm such an idiot!

  • It sounds like he had spasmodic dysphonia, let him be guys, he cant help it.

  • I just got one of these last week, I need to loose 20lbs...( I'm 5'2" and 155lbs)

30 minutes??? Low reps??? Who are you kidding, this thing is kicking my fat ass..I cant stay on it for longer than 1 minute.

Please tell me it will get better.

  • @spellaho The elliptical will get better. Trust me. I am 5'2 and heavier than you and I am doing 30 minutes at a time. Afterwards I feel like I am going to die but I battle through it. I usually do the interval training on the elliptical. Next I am gonna up my resistance. Keep it up. You are doing fine.

  • @spellaho I would say just do a few minutes at a time. I can only do about 5 minutes at a time or else my heartrate goes too high. Also don't do it everyday at first. Do it a day then rest a day. The muscles build on the days your resting not when your actually working out. So they need rest.

  • @spellaho your a over weight pice of shit

it will get easyer the more work you put in just do 6 mins a day for a week then go to 12 mins a day then 18 mins a day on a diff week now go burn thee 20lbs and stop being a fat slob

    good day mate

  • @spellaho how's your goal going now?

I just picked up mine today and need to drop 30 muthasuckin' pounds.

  • @bahouda2000

Oh my goals going just great bahouda!!...

I got rid of the useless boyfriend, moved out, left the stupid ellipital machine in the empty house....Loaded up the chevy, pulled off my rear view mirror, so I didnt look back... Crossed the state line, got a new place to myself, got a job, and lost 25lbs...Thanks for asking.

PS.. I hated that mofo machine lol

  • @spellaho hahaha! that's good stuff!

and you did it all w/out a bulky elliptical machine!

  • @spellaho it will get better. Just stick with it. Considering it's 7 month since you posted i guess u must've achieved all ur set goals by now.

  • @spellaho

It definitely will if you improve yourself. I used to weigh 280lbs (5'11 male, was about 20 years old), drank soda all the time, overate all the time, was fat and nasty. I could do about 2 minutes on an elliptical machine (at a slow pace) before I had to stop and felt like I was dying.

  • @spellaho

I also used to only be able to do 1 pushup. I'm now 22 years old and weigh around 180lbs. I would say that 95% of my weight loss was just cutting out soda, drinking water, and eating about half as much food as I used to, though still the same kind of stuff. I rarely (I mean RARELY exercise), but now when I give it a go I've found that I can do 30 minutes on the elliptical at a moderate pace and tension level (1 min break at 20 mins for water) and can do 30 pushups without stopping.

  • @spellaho

I still have some fat to lose (I should probably be around 160-170lbs, going by what I've got left on me and since I don't have a lot of muscle) but I'm just amazed at what a difference changing my eating/drinking habits made. It was a slow drop without much exercise but a steady one. I'm now trying to get into the habit of doing 30mins on an elliptical every 3 days or so (I have a cheap one at home, it's squeaky and rocks around but it works) when it's time to wash my hair anyway.

  • i thot he wer nervous first...but it jus sounds like hes throwing up in his mouth n then swollowing it again...listen at 0:33 hahah

  • the first time I used this machine, I really just wanted to pass out and have someone to call the ambulance for me...seriously...it was such a workout..I almost died...but now I'm used too it...so the hard part is over...lol

  • what a gay freak pufter u stupid rent boy

  • @malik55 in english would be nice next time

  • It kind of sounds like he's nervous? I'm not sure, though.

  • is there something wrong with you or something i'm just curious

  • No he just has it set on a really high tension so it's hard to speak and move, sort of stupid for making a video.

  • Does he have to burp?

  • what kind of an accent is this?
