okay, nevermind. Currently, the YouTube Partner Program is only available to users in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico, the Netherlands, Sweden and the United States.
