  • The horse needs some weight. But beautiful color.

  • @XtotalyrandomzX do you know those big feeding cups? we give her problably somehwere between 1 and 1 1/2

plus the grass in the meadow

  • @XtotalyrandomzX she was fat before she gave birth then she all of a sudden dropped the weight when she gave birth...we had many vets check her out. Its weird because we started feeding her more than normal to bring her weight up..then she is in the meadow all the time. but she has gained all the weight back now and is perfectly fine.

  • shes probEbley so skinny because they ride her so much shes just that healthy :D

  • Just because a horses ribs are showing doesn't mean they're sick/sickly. That's just how some horses are regardless of how much you feed/turn out or exercise them.

  • @snowballjet I wouldn't say sickly. It is normal for some mares to lose weight after they give birth. Just because their ribs show a bit doesn't automatically mean they are sick/sickly.

  • @Whomisthatcat98 not so true, if shes an older mare that has been nursing a baby she could have lost weight.. older horses occationally tend to be harder to keep weight on, which is why they have feed specifically designed for the older horse, it has more fatty substances in it...

this being said ive had the same mare since i was 4 years old (im 27 now) and when she had her one and only foal, while nursing she lost alot of weight, and she was eating triple the amount that she would normally

  • @snowballjet and i know she does look skinny in this....but when we breed her she was fat

p.s i wouldnt comment when i know nothing about the horse at all

  • @snowballjet no shes not......all mares are diffrent....vet checked her and cleared her before we started riding her

i wouldnt do anything to hurt her and if that meant riding her was...then i wouldnt have put anybody on her! and you arent with her at all! you just see what you see in the video

  • @Whomisthatcat98 this was taken over a year ago and the foal is already nursed off and she is fat now.....so yeah

  • u dont know how to ride...... helmet never even sit on a horse without a helmet on u could fall and die it happend to a freind of mine......... riding boots....... and you should not ride a horse if they have resently had a foal

  • @amyloveshorses123ify sorry to sound like a b*tch but...my friend knows how to ride, she has ridden before and fyi people dont always have to ride with boots, they are preffered yes... but you dont have to. and this was about maybe 3-4 months after she has given birth and she acted just fine so dont be telling me or my friend how to ride

  • @Stormy770 look im sorry my freind died and i just get fastrated and feel that she sat on a hores and got bucked of and died because she wasnt wereing a helmet and peaple ride there horses with out a helmet and are fine hoz that fear she would of lived if she wor her helmet

    x

  • @amyloveshorses123ify I dont always ride with boots, more often than not i ride in my vans. ive ridden barefoot too, it doesnt matter. if you have a good horse they will listen to you without the heel of a boot getting rammed into their side.

I also never ride with a helmet. its a personal decision, there is no law saying you have to ride with a helmet. people who dont ride with a helmet are well aware that they are putting their life at risk. we hear it from everyone.

  • @amyloveshorses123ify Im sorry but you can't say "you don't know how to ride" based on the fact she's not wearing a helmet or boots..

  • SHE DOES NOT HAVE WORMS YOU IDIOTS. It says in the description that she doesn't!

  • @Stormy770

OKay im sorry yer rite she isnt my horse and i shouldnt be judging im so sorry

  • @Stormy770 I know how it's hard to keep weight on a nursing mare; I have raised foals through pregnancy before. There are different methods and views on it, but depending on the wormer people usually worm between 4-12 weeks.

  • @LiveToRideAndJump

i know she looks really skinny this was taken awhile ago and when she was nursing her baby

we are giving her weight gain stuff when this vid was taken so she can put back on all the weight she had but she looks so much better now

  • @Stormy770 oh okay, that's good

  • o my gosh! Hes so skinny.

  • @Xxmojomanxx yes i know

she is feeding a foal but she IS eating she is in a meadow FULL of grass! we bring them in for dinner and then they are in the meadow she only gets ridden about 2-3 times a month
