I live in Ireland and yes things are truly dire at the moment, there are very few jobs for the masses who are being made redundant. 176,000 job losses in 12months in a country that has 4 million people. Unemployment in the under 30's has reached 20% and that is due to rise when this years students graduate from their final year in college.
