This is a very poor design which I think was the purpose of putting "best" (meaning worst) in the title. You can see the fog is struggling to get pushed through the ducting, reason being that most smaller fog machines do not have the power to thrust the air/fog through a length of duct longer than 5 feet. You've got to have at least 12-15 feet crammed into that cooler, maybe more. Nice try though...
@tictac1919 this video speaks for itself with or without my comment... this effect looks like crap compared to the one i made (no disrespect to the original poster). there is no benefit to using 22 feet of pipe to make a fog cooler, the point is for the fog to come out of the machine, spread, then get sucked down into the coolest point then evacuated as quickly as possible once it reaches the desired temp. if you are working outside, then enjoy your 22 ft. pipe... i like using mine in the house.
@dragnink09 The benefit of using a 22 foot long pipe is the fog can cool to a lower temperature. My unit is used for outdoor use, and the cooler temperature helps the fog to lay lower near the ground, and form a more dense fog which withstands better against wind or other factors experienced during outdoor use. The pipe fits into a small garbage can which easily can be used indoors if your referring to the immobility of my unit because it has more chilling power... but enjoy your foggy house!
@Djdiego98 i know this was long ago,but it looks like dryer hose inside a box thats wound up to cool the fog,kinda like a pool heater but the reverse effect
can't believe this shit has 13k views lol
i made this in highschool dont take it as blueprints from nasa

@dragnink09 i have a 400 watt fogger going through 22 feet of pipe that works perfectly fine in almost the same setup. nice try though...

How did you design yours. Mine doesn't work at all.

@JimmyPage968
I have 6 feet in a laundry hamper
6feet of that cheap type of dryer duct (the stuff thats only 6inches long until you take it out of the box),
it's much cheaper than the hard shell type of duct
and I got a better fog machine now, still use the same fog chiller tho, my old 500watt wasn't keeping up
also, crushed ice works MUCH better with fog chillers (fills in the empty gaps where regular squares wont fill)
I get free ice from work so it's no biggie
I dont use this account
