@stevemv69 explain? i know 2 reasons why it would be bad, one the air would get to it and it would start to dry out and if you have anything else uncovered in the fridge like a cake the smell could change the taste of the cake but other than that its fine to leave meat like that, and you can do that if you know your going to use it that night, so save on using plastic.
