  • thanks god for everything we got, and may allah forgive us

  • to (THERADIASTRAL)., when you recite the Holy Quran, you should stop at certain VERSE before continuing to the next verse. this way people will understand like a script. and youre not out of breath.

you can recite at your own time without pausing and there are others who recite The Quran without pausing after a certain verse. May Allah Bless you.

  • MashAlhaa it is really beautiful and it calms me down when i hear it.

  • This makes me wish I understood more about other religions. I'm Christian, but this seems quite interesting. The vocal techniques seem very difficult as well.

  • @FregginAlec any questions ask me, i will more than happy to answer anything using the quran

  • Allahu-ekber..

  • MASHALLAH

  • a question from someone totally not into the subject.. why does he pause every other sequence/verse (not sure what to call it) ? By the way, he's very very good.

  • @TheRadiastral., when you recite the Holy Quran, you should stop at certain VERSE before continuing to the next verse. this way people will understand like a script. and youre not out of breath.

you can recite at your own time without pausing and there are others who recite The Quran without pausing after a certain verse. May Allah Bless you.

  • @TheRadiastral it s a way of recite the quran .. u could read it that way or just without stoping.. but when u stop between the verse,it gives u more time to think about the verse

  • @TheRadiastral because the way he is reciting takes a lot of effort and requires long breath, which needs to be controlled very accurately. he pauses to catch up with his breath and that also gives him enough time to remember the next verse and how to recite it. i hope that explains it.

  • @TheRadiastral Good question, like any other language Arabic has comprehensive set of punctuations, pauses are according to punctuations so that true meaning of the verses aren't misinterpret. In Arabic such pausing is called Waqf equivalent of pause. To give u a simple example if i say: "Don't stop eating" or if i say " Don't, stop eating" with punctuation both have opposite meaning. So at times when verse is long they pause where there is no danger of any change in meanings, then continue same

  • @TheRadiastral He pauses at the end of each verse, you usually do that when reading, but you can make it very short. It depends on the reader himself, some can read very fast, but since this is a competition, they try to show the best technique they have.

  • @TheRadiastral It gives the audience time to reflect upon the ayah ("sign" i.e. verse), and it gives him the time to catch his breath.

  • @TheRadiastral

That's the way it works when you recite the holy quran. You must take breaks between verses.

    Hope this helps. :)

  • @TheRadiastral Doing that it's called Qira'at..

  • @TheRadiastral he stops after every verse..coz then he read down from the Qurran the other verse to recite

  • @TheRadiastral he pauses to catch his breath, and to give himself and other people a chance to think deeply about each sentence/verse

  • @TheRadiastral

he reads a verse at a time in one breath, the pauses are to regain breathing time and to keep the verses rhytmic and pleasing to the ear

close your eyes and listen...its beautiful

  • @TheRadiastral this is the first reciter i have seen pause between verses ,, but every reciter has thier own techniques .. he prepares himself by reading the verse first , memorising it then says it in just one breath with absolute perscion and depth :)

  • @TheRadiastral to catch he's breathe again, its very difficult.

  • @TheRadiastral @TheRadiastral It is so because it is said in Qur`an in Surah Muzzammil Verse 7 (meaning "and recite the Qur'an in slow measured rhythmic tones". The proper name for this is Tarteel and you can Wiki it to find more about it. Thank you!

  • @TheRadiastral - In Quran recitation there are certain places where you have to stop (called waqoof) and some places where you don't have to stop at all (called 'La')..He is following that pattern.

  • No god but Allah!
