That was crazy...stuntmen jumping out of a skyscraper and risking their lives for a brief scene. it's a shame that "best SFX" goes to anyone soaking their movie with CGI. Stuntmen need an Oscar category aside from Best Special Effects.

No. The Trump tower was only shown in the movie briefly. (It's the building with the Bovis sign.) The building above is now complete. It's called The Parkview. It's at 505 N McClurg.

Well actually. When they jumped off the skyscraper it wasn't a stunt man. It was actually Christian Bale him self. he wanted to do it

He didn't get to thought. Hong Kong was really pissy with the entire shoot. Kept telling people to turn their lights off to ruin the night time panning shots. The building jump was CGI in the end. Truth.

even though i live in chicago, i did not get to see them film any part of the movie batman the dark night. i wish i could of been an extra in the movie at least. oh well! if they make a 3rd one & film the movie here in the windy city again, then i will try to be in the movie someway somehow..

I don't think there was much they could do.

They wanted the movie to be the best possible, hence they shot most of it on location as opposed to a green screen.

These stunts made the movie as good
