  • LOL

  • @ricktsdmdk are you hurt? You know, I always see a the same reason for people to learn martial arts...they feel inadequate

  • @GunYou1 Perhaps this is a good time to end this discussion, since you are more intent on acting as a fool than providing information. A quick summary.....you come here, unsolicited, and make suggestions on a topic you don't know anything about, then reosrt to name calling. I think it is funny that when your points were invalidated you resorted to ad hoc attacks. That is a sure sign of feeling inadequate, when you can't argue your own viewpoint any further. Enjoy your Mom's basement

  • @ricktsdmdk sorry for being rude. I'm just saying there was no reason to go on the defensive and that if you really want a neutral opinion you should consult a doctor. Never said I was one. The neck is something I generally leave the hell alone- I do not see chiropractors, I have NEVER popped my neck, never let someone walk on my spine. It would concern me to see my kid stretching his neck like that. Anyway it's irrelevant until you ask a professional

  • @GunYou1 so your basic thought here is, you don't know anything about anything, and you are going to question me about an exercise I have been doing safely for over 35 years? Always good to hear from people who have no expertise but want to criticize others. OK, enough said. Have a great day.

  • I would ask a doctor, unless you happen to be both? lol

  • @GunYou1 and you got your MD where? You have failed to provide your credentials or expertise of any sort. You have failed to provide information related to the "neck thing" - what it is or what you perceive to be wrong. In other words, you have failed.

  • yeah. I wouldn't do the neck thing.

  • @GunYou1 then don't. Problem solved.

  • How do you think I could learn some basic Karate...? I want to learn to defend myself but I don't have any money... D: iLearning online and from reading things seems really horrible... no people to correct me when i do it wrong.. also no one to spar with... any tips? D:

  • @qwertqwe There are many kinds of martial arts, tea kwon do, though it is a self defensive art, is not the most effective combat system. If you just want to defend yourself look for a simpler combative style like Muay Thai. Muay thai generally requires less flexibility and it pretty much a direct style using knees and elbows. I love teakwondo myself and still practice it but I wouldnt use just teakwondo techs in a real self defensive situation.

  • karate ok... then why count on korean ???

  • @K1kickrr well, we are a Korean style.

  • This is an exceptional basic warm-up done by an exceptional Instructor in this video. Well done!

  • @oldcatholics Thanks!

  • yes i did pass i am now senior white belt and i got a trophy for best physical test

  • Congratulations! Keep up the good work - soon you'll be 1st dan!

  • i have done the test and ill know i passed friday at graduation

  • So you did pass?

  • the belt test is today at 5 30 ill keep you posted

  • Can't wait to hear how great you did!

  • i study at the north american federation of martil arts in birmingham

  • Great! I hope you stay with it for many years. Did you pass the belt test?

  • hey i have a test for next belt next thursday wish me luck

  • Good luck! Let us know how you do. Where do you study at?

  • i do tang soo do and i can say that alot of the moves actually seem like they would work unlike other styles but im new im a white belt so i dont know much but can you tell me how to get better

  • There is only one thing to remember - a black is simply a white belt who didn't quit. The only thing you need to do is go to class all the time, and do you absolute best every class. Keep me posted on your progress!

  • amazing

  • lol, really? its just our basic warm up

  • I'm a girl and have been bugging my dad to get me into karate lessons for self defence..not that I'm predicting on getting attacked anytime soon. Other than that it just looks like it would be a lot of fun...i don't think i could help laughing when they do certain things though. Nice video.

  • I have noticed that girls tend to be giggly the first couple of classes. Maybe it's just being nervous! Let me know how your classes go!

  • To ricksdmdk: It's not the warm up but the ass of the kid to the left...

  • that is the smallest dojo i have ever seen

  • the actualfloor space is over 1200 square feet, not counting the restroom and changing areas and office. You must not have seen very many studios, I have seen many that are half the size of mine

  • mom go . sorry for the typing errors

  • becuase me and my mpm gp look at classes for me after monday and i get nervous thinking about everything

  • It's quite normal to be nrevous the first class you attend. I was. Everyone I know was. It will get much easier as you attend a few more sessions. The most important thing to remember is to enjoy the experience, even when it's hard!

  • oh and by the way there are 2 clubs one for kung fu and one for karate which one should i take ? like which is more effective in a real fight and has cooler moves ?

  • Every style is different - go to the place you like best. In general I would say most kung fu schools have cooler moves and karate is better for fighting.

  • How did everything go? Did ou check out classes?

  • im geting anxiety just by watching this

  • why?

  • you should see the workouts we do on wednesdays

  • I would love to - why don't you post it?

  • i was once in a class and they had a training where 2 guys would wear light armour and have a fight they was 2 orange belts..can u post a video of a practice fight like that ? thank you.

  • You mean free sparring?

  • i dont know it was just a practice fight between 2 training players. can u post one of those ?

  • I would be happy to shoot some sparring - you can also look on youtube at other sparring matches in the meantime.
