Poor audio.

I had volume all the way up and could not understand what they are saying.

Audio on a video/film documentary is more critical than visual.

If you have good video but poor audio people will turn it off before the end.

On the other hand, if you have poor video but good audio and in is interesting people are more inclined to listen to the full doc.
